It went great. I had old contractors recessed light cans up and the new LED lights would not fit so Andy had to go get new metal cans to place the new lights into. The new LED lights are super white bright light. My wife loves them and so do I.

i called Cousino's at 8:17 am and told them my lights were acting like there was a brown out in Toledo and I wasn't sure what was causing the issue. They said they could be here no later than early afternoon. They arrived at my house about 9:00 not even an hour after I called. Kyle was so friendly and checked everything out only to find that the problem was with a utility wire that belonged to the city. Toledo Edison arrived and Kyle told them what was going on. Between Toledo Edison and Kyle, our issue was resolved by 10:45 am. Everyone at Cousino's that I interacted with, both by phone and in person was incredibly friendly and professional. This is the second time we've used them for services and I will absolutely continue using them!

Incredible. Most electricians wouldn't come out as they saw it as a small job. They came quickly, found that it was less work that initially expected as we had a second ceiling that we were unaware of and electrical lines already run. Cleaned up their own mess and were respectful during the process by trying to keep the mess to a minimum. Arrived 10 minutes early and did a great job. I have already contracted to use them for another job at work and will use them again for any electrical issues I have in my home!

Installation took approx. 2 or 3 hours with no problems. Troy furnished me with estimates on future work i wish to have done. He gave me the name of another company that fixed my roof in good order. I am very pleased.

Couldn't have been a better experience. I had an old "fuse plug electrical panel" since I bought my house and upgraded to a breaker panel. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. They kept me informed of the progress throughout the day. They cleaned up everything after they were done. Definitely use them again.

Between making repairs and upgrades on our old house that we sold, installing outlets in the basement of our new house, and fixing some problems in our new house, we've used Cousino a few times now. We will *always* call them for any future needs! This most recent case we had a string of outlets stop working. I took a look at them myself, but failed to pay attention to the outlet leading up to this string. Kyle found the problem and fixed it, and gave me a few tips for any future similar issues. Since all the outlets in this house no doubt have been wired the same way, just that simple advice will be a real time, money and headache saver. Kyle is always very professional and efficient, and he always takes his shoes off while in the house, even if it means having to do so multiple times going back and forth to his truck. I told him he doesn't need to do that, but he insists. Also, he always cleans up. Cousino is a terrific company, and I highly recommend them!

We were very pleased. The two guys that came out for the estimate arrived on time. They insisted on taking off their boots to keep the carpet clean. (most contractors slop in and out all day long making a mess ). They understood everything I wanted done and emailed me an estimate. After deciding on what part of the bid we wanted done they set up an appt. within a week. Andy and Ryan came out that morning( on time ) and got to work. They measured many times and asked for my approval BEFORE drilling 6 huge holes into the ceiling ! There were some joist/beam issues and we worked around them. They let me watch and ask as many questions that I wanted. After a lunch break they brought in another guy and worked all afternoon. I changed my mine on two fixtures. They ordered them and will come out again as soon as they come in. They took their shoes off and on all day long. They put down a tarp over the entire living room before the sawing started. In the end they vacuumed their way out the door. It was very interesting to see what it actually takes to install lights, wires, cans, and switches in existing walls. We would definitely use these guys again. Actually we will be having them install LED ceiling lights in the family room and kitchen in the Summer and Fall. Electrical work is not cheap so we will have to spread out the work. .

We had some initial problems getting our job scheduled. It took 3 emails and 2 phone calls before we actually got someone to come out. It seems the office staff slipped up while the boss was out of town. But once we finally got on the schedule, the electrician showed up very promptly. He took care of the immediate problem (the bad breaker in our breaker box) replacing the components needed. Then he looked at our request to put the computers on their own electrical line. He called in another electrician to help him run a completely new line from outside into the house and dedicated a 220v line to this project. We now have 2 outlets in our office specifically for our electronics. It's a relief to know that 2 computer systems are not pulling electricity from the rest of a very old house. The two men were polite and professional and finished the work in a timely and efficient manner. I would call on their services again if needed. Thank you.

I have a old house in need of lots of electrical work so I called around and spoke with Cousino to see about getting some estimates. They were the only one that charged me a fee for providing an estimate because it dealt with troubleshooting work, but I felt that was fair and paid for them to come out. I felt they gave a very good estimate for the work and were very responsive. We got a better price from another Angie's List electrical provider so went with them for the actual work, but I felt in general that Cousino was a good company and I plan on calling them again for future needs if (when) they arise.

I have used them before. They are punctual, they are knowledgeable, and he found a problem that we had, and fixed it so that we could put up all the lights and not worry about carbon breakers and stuff. They get back to you really quick, when it comes to scheduling an appointment. They are the ones I call for anything electric. My mom is in a nursing home, and we had to rewire her home before she sold it, and they came over and got the job done. They had extra crew to make sure it was done on the day they promised.

Troy and his staff were prompt and professional. He went above and beyond in dealing with my home warranty company on the phone, ultimately securing payment under the warranty. Great, great experience.

The Cousino team did a great job replacing and upgrading the electrical panel in our house. They were very professional and informed us that the baseboard heater worked. This was a transaction we conducted from DC on a house we were selling in Toledo. They were honest, timely, and I would recommend them to everyone.

The service was good and I would use them again.

As usual they were on time and very professional, work was done very well, and when a second gfi plug was found to have signs of overload, he showed us and replaced it also, I always use Cousino and recomend them 1000%

The gentleman was on time, considerate of our space and worked quickly but efficiently. He went out of his way to be sure that the house was safe. I would hire them again in a minute.

I originally wanted to have more done but the charge would have been $1700.00!! I eliminated things to the bare minimum. The new outlet in living room was $267.00; The new outlet in bedroom was $250.00; the move to double outlet in bedroom was $125.00 and the two replaced switches were $30 each. They were here 6 hours and had to go to the basement and attic to run lines. They did work hard and were here a long time. There were two men and they were very nice, very helpful, and very professional. I am pleased with the work they did.

Very professional service, especially in contrast to the last experience (read: nightmare) we had with a smaller company. Very kind, professional and prompt. Price was a bit high for what they did: 15 minutes of very simple wiring and got charged the full hour on the first visit. (We were hoping they'd give us a break, since we already knew what the problem was and pointed to it.) Regardless, the service was really strong and we'd use them again. We also got a 10% off card for next visit which was nice. We recommend Andy. He was great.

Troy came out to address our electrical needs in a very timely manner. He arrived on time; was very knowledgeable; and explained to me exactly what had to be done - in terms that I could understand. He also told me up front what it would cost to get the job done, so there were no surprises. Considering all the work that was done, I feel the charges were very reasonable. Troy was very professional but also very easy to work with. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after he was done - a big plus in my book. I've hired Troy for a few jobs now and he is always very responsive, sometimes able to come out the same day I call. I will use Cousino Electric for any future electrical repairs I may need.

I've hired Cousino Electric in the past and have always been very happy with their work. I'm happy to report they did an excellent job once again. We had ongoing issues with a couple of exterior outlets continually blowing the circuit breaker. Ever since Troy replaced the outlets, we have been trouble free. Once again, Troy arrived promptly, got straight to work, and cleaned up after himself. He did an excellent job and we are very pleased.

They had to do the outside box. They took out the old fuse box and put in a circuit breaker box and updated old plugs with three=pronged plugs.

They were excellent. I was moving and they went to my old house and picked up the TV and took everything to the new house. They went above and beyond for me. The technician was amazing. I have recommended them to other people. They got the job done in about 2.5 hours.

It was very good. They did a good job and he was responsive to what we wanted done.
