Their representative showed up on time. He recommended a panel upgrade was not needed and checked out as operating properly.

I gave F on professionalism because On the same day that one of the fans was installed it worked and then it stopped , I informed the installer that it wasn't working properly he said to test it out for few days and that if it kept giving me trouble it might be that the wireless remote is defective , si I should order a new fan and they will come back and replace it at no charge and that they guarantee their work 100 percent . Sure enough the week after it stopped working so I ordered a new fan and gave them a call. When the secretary put me on hold I overheard the owner tell her that it's not their problem that the fan isn't working and that this is ******** they would have to charge an installation fee again. After confronting him with what I heard he agreed to replace it at no charge , this was totally unprofessional . It was one of their own employees that advised me to wait , it's their job to know wether a fan is defective and not mine he should not have installed from the beginning and waited till I got a replacement .

They got a quote ready promptly, and after my insurance company approved it, came a couple days later to install the new panel. They answered all my questions and even cleaned up the area when they were done. If I need work in the future, I'll definitely hire them again.

The service person was courteous and professional but the charge was outrageous: $170. This included a set $95 call fee plus $75 for the part....which retails at Home Depot for $20.

It was even better than I'd hoped for. The two electricians who came (whose names escape me at the moment) were not only early for the appointment, but they tackled everything in about a half hour, 40 minutes tops. I'd tried installing a few of the outlets myself and it was much trickier than I'd bargained for because of some odd outlets/switches; after 4 hours of my time, I was done trying. These two fellows came in and got right to work, tackled everything to perfection, were very professional and I couldn't be more happy with the work and with Cousino Electric. They were able to fit me in the day after they spoke with me, which was a complete lifesaver.

Contractor showed up on time - figured out what my problem was, gave me a quote & options if I felt I couldn't afford the whole job done. I felt he was honest with me and did not try to pressure me into any extra's. I requested he do the complete job which he did, and he was out of my house in the time he told me he would be. I would definitely have him do any work I need done in the future.

It went great! I'm so happy that I was able to get my new light fixtures up before family came over for the holidays. Andy was great and I would defiantly recommend him and Cousino Electric to anyone.

Both gentlemen were very professional. Plus they wore booties on their shoes before walking on the carpet. They arrived at my home when they said they would and completed the requested work. Will definitely use again.

I left a message with a woman explaining the work I needed done. She said she would have Mr. Cousins call back that evening to give me an estimate over the phone. Never got a call. This was a month ago. I really wanted to speak to him to schedule him to come for a visit to see the work and firm up an estimate. No way will I agree to have someone do work based on a phone call. And I could understand if he was busy and would not get to it right away. But no acknowledgement is bad business. I have since lined up Another company to do the work.

It took these guys 4 hours to finish what worried me for a year.

Better than expected, I was under the impression that when I called to make the appt. they were going to do the work that day. However, when they came it was only for an estimate. As I was desperate to get the work done asap, they worked me in that day. Did a great job and I was very happy with the work and the crew.

Derek from Cousino Electric showed up right on schedule, I indicated to him what the issues were. He analyzed the situation and gave me my options for the repairs. He then gave me a quote. He was able to fix all issues within a couple hours. Their service was fast, reasonably priced and very professional. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

The price was right but, they didn't fix it and they tried to charge me for the second time they had to come out. It was $600 for the first visit with two guys and I showed them where to look. The lights worked for a little bit and when they came out the second time we settled on $75 for them to replace the breaker, which I didn't think it needed. I wouldn't use them again.

This is the second time we've used them, and they are excellent. We needed an outlet replaced (burned out due to space heater plugged into a power strip). He fixed it in short order. Since they have a minimum charge, he asked if there was any other electrical issue. We didn't have any, but I appreciated their honesty and desire to please customers.

We've had him here multiple times. Our experience was wonderful. I would not hesitate to call Cousino again!

They were efficient and the job was done well. They came when they said they would, and completed the work they said they would. They identified another very hazardous problem, provided a quote (they were the cheapest fyi), and completed a second large project for us. I will use them exclusively going forward.

The installers arrived on time and got right to work! They were pleasant, informative and courteous. They cleaned up after the job was completed and took away the old fixtures.

The electricians were punctual, wore bootys throughout the house, and professional. the project required a part be ordered so they had to come back a week later. they were in constant contact via email to inform me when the part was ordered, arrived, and were able to work around my schedule (between work and school pick up) to find time to come out and finish the project. after the project was done, we asked about more projects around the house and they were able to provide estimates immediately.
