BLANKET ALARM SYSTEMS

After searching extensively for a security system company and getting estimates from all the "big guys" in the industry, we were fortunate enough to get referred to Blanket Alarms by a close friend right before we made our final decision. I am so very pleased with our decision to go with them. To begin with, the service is phenomenal. Mike takes care of everything from the estimate to the installation and the follow up. He has answered my calls on weekends and evenings when I have questions about the system, and he is extremely knowledgable, professional, and helpful. We had an issue with one of our motion sensors that kept going off and less than 12 hours after I called him to ask about it, he was at our doorstep (on July 4th!) to take care of the issue. We are also quite pleased with the quality of the system and the fact that it is very user friendly. On the several occasions that we inadvertently set the system off ourselves, the call center contacted us within a minute of having the alarm go off. I highly recommend Mike and his company.
