It was good.  They had a few guys here and they did it quickly.  They came when they said they will come and worked all day until they got it done.

The guy from Lowe's came out and he actually had satellite pictures of our house and the dimensions and when he gave me the estimates, it was very precise and that kind of blew me away because I had called 6 or 7 roofers and some of them were measuring with a tape measure. When this guy walked in, he had a diagram from a satellite shot and it had all the dimensions on it and so he knew right away what he was doing. He was higher than the other bids and we called him and said he had a higher price than the others, so he brought his down to a comparable service. He wasn't the lowest priced but I was concerned about the quality. You can get a good roofer and a bad roofer and that is why we wanted to go to Lowe's because we knew that we had a national firm backup.It was a very good experience.

Had Lowes come to do an estimate for attic windows. Sales person did not provide competitive prices and did not accurately describe our options. We were told that there were far fewer options than were actually possible (example: we were told that casement windows were only possible, while less expensive sliding windows were not mentioned). Sales person acted bored throughout. We did not think the pricing or the professionalism was very strong. Other Angie's list companies that specialize in windows wound up being better priced with far superior service.

Everything went great with the service they provided. The door they did works better than our other door which we paid more money for.

All went so very well, from store to install. Happy with service and quality.

The experience in Lowe's was alright. I don't really remember why I was there or what we were buying. I just remember that it was a more pleasant experience than going to other similar stores.

I took it back to the store a few weeks later (I was traveling). I rescheduled the installation 3 times! Two no-shows and one call off. In the interim, Lowe's was calling to check on it and they were getting a story from the installer that I was not available (even though I work from home and I was working with Lowe's daily on a kitchen install). Stopped in to see manager, left Lowe's card with the service desk, never heard from him until after I canceled the whole thing (3 months later). They are STILL screwing me around with the return of the opener.

He was very conversant and explained everything that was going.

WE PURCHASED A CHANDELIER AND LIGHTS FOR THE KITCHEN AND BATH. THE CHANDELIER WAS DAMAGED AND HAD TO BE RETURNED. THEY WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, AND WITHIN 2 MINUTES I GOT A NEW LIGHT AND WAS BACK ON MY WAY.

I DID NOT HAVE THE WORK DONE. I WENT WITH A LESS EXPENSIVE COMPANY.

PURCHASED TWO DOORS AND THOUGHT INSTALLATION PRICE WAS TOO HIGH. THEY CONTACTED INSTALLER AND HE DROPED THE PRICE BY $50 A DOOR. WE ACCEPTED. MARK STONER INSTALLED AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE DOORS ON HAD A FAULTY LOCK AND THE SWEEP CAME OFF THE BOTTOM OF THE OTHER. CALLED ON A SATURDAY NIGHT AT 7:00PM TO FIX ONE OF THE DOORS.
