I waited several months after having the carpet restretched to make sure we didn t have any more problems. We didn t and we are very satisfied with the service. The carpet looks so much better. The only suggestion I have is that it would be more professional to provide the customer with a written quote.

So we didn't lose a day's pay. When Nick ( the carpet pro) was finished my carpet looked almost new again. I will call them the next time I have a problem.

I had Mr Nick Zimmermann do a wood laminate job for me a few years ago and was so pleased with the professional results that I recently called him to do a job of approximately 1100 sq ft also laminate flooring. Mr Zimmermann not only moved all the furniture, pulled tack strips, disposed of all items and moved the furniture back in place but cleaned everything up! I had no sawdust or trash at all! I was able to sit, relax and enjoy! I will definitely call him in the future when I am ready to replace carpet.
