We had a major kitchen water leak that ended up causing damage in our basement. Thankfully the carpet was tended to by water mitigation specialists and was able to be saved. Was looking online for carpet restretching and NEZ flooring popped up. Although the company was 50 miles from me, Nick came anyways! Dedication to great customer service! They did an awesome job! Price was pretty comparable to local services, but talking with him on the phone and his easy going professionalism was my deciding factor in having him complete my repairs. I would absolutely recommend him and his team and may even use him in the future for some carpet replacement in other areas of my home. Triple A service!
