I am looking to upgrade my electric panel. I look up Electricans, and CG Electric comes up as a deal for $895 to upgrade your electric panel..ok cool. I call the number and Chris answers. He was in the middle of a job, so he asked me to text him the info and he would call me back. No problem, I did. He called me back, and I explained what I needed and that I saw his “deal” on Angie’s list. He said it was $925. I said I thought it was $895, but ok, whatever, not that big of an increase. He asked me to take some pictures of the panel and the meter outside and text it to him, which I did. I then texted him if he needs anymore pics. He didn’t reply. I text him again the next day to see if he looked at my pics. No reply again. I text him again the third day to see if he is interested in doing the job. No answer again! If you’re not interested in the job, just tell me. You’re not gonna hurt my feelings. Very unprofessional! What a waste of time!

So far my experience being a new home owner and hiring contractors has not been the greatest. That all changed the day I met Chris. He actually showed up which surprisingly is an obstacle it seems now days. He was professional and one heck of a nice guy. I would hire him again without hesitation and recommend you do too.

Chris was very responsive and timely, working to meet my schedule as much as he could to replace a ceiling fan-light fixture, install new smoke detectors, and replace a wall outlet. He was knowledgeable, focused on the work, troubleshot a few other small questions, and cleaned up well. His price was very reasonable. Chris was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. He managed my changing to-do list, and we are very pleased with results. We added 4 lights and fans in bedrooms, closet lights, interior and exterior outlets, and replaced an exhaust fan. He was incredibly knowledgeable and transparent about the work and cost involved with what we were asking for.
