 + -1 moreMy husband contacted with company to arrange estimate for our daughter who lives in our condo. His responsiveness was good. He gave my husband a quote of monthly expense of $25-$30. He was late to Appt. my husband and daughter met with him and explained the the condo and what our daughter needed. His final install fee was almost one thousand dollars and his monthly fee came down a bit but not enough to offset the high install fee. We were very disappointed.
Description of Work: Dan Surmitis was rude. His initial quote was about $25 lower than actual costs. He was late to appt. would not recommend to anyone. He sent a very rude email when we asked him if he could lower the price. His install price was the highest we had seen for a security system.
