The cleaning went well.

They are efficient and reliable

They were supposed to arrive between 1-5 P.M. At 3:45, I received a call that they were on their way. When they hadn't arrived in an hour, I called to see where they were. Was told by dispatch they would check and call back. In 15 minutes, they called to say the team hadn't received the work order over the handheld system they use. Did I want someone today or did I want to reschedule. I had made arrangements for small children (2 and 5-1/2) to be out that evening, so asked a team to come anyway. The team originally scheduled was unavailable since they had quit work when they didn't receive a new work order. When the new team arrived (at 6:30), they told me they'd gotten the message over their handhelds that the work order had been cancelled. Finally got them clean, but they probably weren't out of there until about 8 in the evening, and plans we'd made had to be cancelled.

Terrific. All stains were removed from the wall to wall carpeting and gave the house a fresh look.

The cleaning crew did a great job. They were able to remove all the stains, they were on time and they worked very quickly.

I was not satisfied with the cleaning. I was warned that one tea spill spot might be difficult to remove, but after drying I found that all other small spots remained, as well. The carpet overall, looked as though it had not been cleaned at all. One of the employees walked on the just cleaned carpet in his street shoes. I had another company cleaned the carpet the previous years, and they did a much better job, even though they did not have a truck mounted cleaning equipment. Stanley steamers called afterwards with the follow-up, but I did not want to bother with them, again.

The service went VERY well. I also had house cleaners in at the same time and both vendors did not have any problems working together (only two rooms in the house have wall-to-wall carpeting). I loved that they called the day before to confirm the service, the workers were very nice and funny, they worked quickly and payment by credit card was a breeze. If I had to give one negative, I did find popcorn kernels along the carpet and wall from the last owners, would ask them to pay close attention to the edges of the carpet as well.

Matthew McKinley and Carleton Meade were the two gentlemen sent to clean the carpets. They were very courteous and did an excellent job on what I thought would be a nightmare of a job. It took less than two hours. They were just great and I want to get a contract with the company to get them to come in at least three times a year. I would suggest very strongly requesting these two gentlemen for the job. I would strongly recommend them and Stanley Steemer Carpet cleaning to anyone.

Called within a week to check on how we liked their work. Some streaks remained on carpet. They came back the same day to remove the streaks.

They were pricier. Did 10 vents for $240 - I didn't realize I had so many vents so I didn't end up doing as much.

Service person called me in advance of arrival as I had requested. He arrived on time. He quickly tried to up-sell to sanitizer treatment. I skipped that, but did take him up on getting my large door mat cleaned for $5, which was well worth it. He didn't work any miracles on the carpet, as some stains remained, but overall it looked OK. Was able to get appointment scheduled for next day, which was very convenient, as I was under a time constraint.

THIS COMPANY DOES A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY GOT OUT STAINS, AND DIRT FROM HEAVY TRAFFIC AREAS THAT I THOUGHT WOULD NEVER COME OUT. THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT, AND PROFESSIONAL TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

THE DID THE BEST THAT THEY COULD. I HAVE A NEW KITTY AND SHE HAS MADE A MESS AND THEY REMOVED ALL THE PEE STAINS. CAN'T SAY THAT I HAVE ANYTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THEM. I JUST WOULDN'T RATE THEM A.

THIS COMPANY WAS THOROUGH WITH THE JOB THEY CAME TO DO. THE EXPLAINED THE TASK TO OUR SON, WHO WAS IN CHARGE OF DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT OUR HOME. MY SON WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE GENTLEMAN WHO CLEANED OUR CARPETS.

MY CARPETS CAME PRETTY CLEAN. THEY PRETREATED SPOTS AND I HAD TO POINT OUT ALL OF THEM. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, AND SHOWED UP ON TIME.

THIS IS A ALRIGHT COMPANY. THE COMPANY DID A GOOD JOB ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EVERYTHING, BUT THE CARPET DID NOT MEET MY STANDARDS. I DID NOT THINK THE CARPET LOOKED CLEAN ENOUGH.

I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE A GREAT COMPANY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB CLEANING MY CARPETS. THE REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY NICE & FRIENDLY. IT WAS LESS WORK FOR ME.
