Excellent service! I had one carpet that a stain wouldn't come out and they actually gave me credit toward another service. I would use them again and I recommend them.

They did a great job and the carpet and tile looked nice. They did make a mess of my hardwood floors that I had just cleaned. They should have covered them before tracking dirt and water over them.

WE HAD A RUG IN OUR BASEMENT FAMILY ROOM THAT WAS VERY DIRTY WITH LOTS OF STAINS. WE HAVE HAD UP TO 4 CATS AT ONE TIME AND THEY CAN MAKE A MESS. (LOVE THEM ANYWAY). STANLEY STEEMER GOT 99% OF THE REALLY BAD STAINS OUT AND 100% OF THE NOT SO BAD OUT. MY HUSBAND, 2 DAUGHTERS AND I WERE VERY SURPRISED HOW CLEAN THEY GOT THE RUG.

They were punctual, professional and came on time. The rug looked clean after their service. Because I had been charged less a year before, I gave it a C this time. I have been told that SS has offers around the year and I would wait until the offers and promotions are available to use their services.

I scheduled the cleaning on Friday through their website. I chose a window between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. for the cleaning. They sent me a confirmation and a reminder of the service via email. On the day of the service, the office called me at 2:30 to let me know the team was on their way. They arrived promptly at 3:00. It took them a little over an hour to complete the cleaning, but they did an extremely thorough job. They managed to remove stains that I thought they would only be able to fade a bit. The carpet had not been professionally cleaned since moving in 8 years ago. I couldn't be more thrilled with the results. They also thoroughly cleaned the tile floors. After sweeping them, they scrubbed them down. All of the stains and dirt came up from the grout. It would have been great if they could have done the tile in the shower too, but that's not included. The furniture was put up on foam blocks or foil was placed underneath legs to keep it from direct contact with the wet carpet. The whole condo smells and looks so much better. With three cats, this is no small feat.

We were satisfied with them. It was really good service, they were timely and they did a very thorough job.

They worked miracles on my 15 year old tile floor. It looks like a new floor. I've been very happy with them.

They arrived on time and performed the service as expected. Had a lot of cleaning done, so price was high, but the floors look so much better after the cleaning. We have used stanely steemer before and have always had good service.

After visiting several websites, I chose Stanley Steemer because of the ease of pricing estimates all done on line. When I did have a question, there was an online chat link that answered me promptly and efficiently. I was given a four hour window of arrival. They came within the first 1/2 hour. The technicians were polite, clean and efficient. As they were walking on new wall to wall carpeting, I had requested special attention to detail and they easily complied. Even there equipment was clean and shiny. They steamed my upholstered pieces etc. They did manage to get out most of the stains, but I believe time and age prevented the look like new affect. I did mention they were white pieces of furniture. As the pieces were still damp when they left, it was hard to tell the final results until the next day. The two wool area rugs do look great. They applied protection and disinfectant to the one that my dog always lies on. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I will use them again for my other set of white upholstery very soon.

They came within the time frame provided by the company. They were very cortegious, helfull and very profesisonals, particularly Milton the head of the team. Milton explained the job and expected results before starting -- he even did some work to show a sample of what they could do-- and got our agreement to go ahead with the job. They did a very good job clening the upholtery and the bath tile and grout. I will call them any time I need this kind of work and ask for Milton.

The service went very well overall. They were very professional throughout and I would utilize them to clean my carpets again.

The two gentlemen that came to my home were efficient and very professional. They called when they were on their way and were careful not to damage anything in the home. I have pets so they even were careful to make sure the doors weren't wide open that could have caused them to run out. They also took a genuine concern for my home and the lasting effects of the cleaning. They tried to sell me extra cleaning supplies to freshen the carpets after they left. My only concern was the cost of the cleaning for what seems like an ineffective solution. The stains were lifted but the smells returned before the entire carpets even dried. While I realize Stanley Steemer can't fix every problem, they knew when I scheduled the service that the odor was one of my primary concerns and it would have been helpful if the reality of their services was presented prior to paying almost $200.

They are thorough and effective at removing stains. I've used them quite frequently. It's not always the same crew that comes out. My only complaint is that they didn't hook my outside hose back up after they'd finished using it.

I won’t call them back because they won’t move anything. They did a good job but I wish they would move some things so they could get areas that are covered. There were some spots that didn’t get cleaned due to not moving some things. I also found the cost very reasonable.

They are excellent and I will totally use them again in the future.

They were prompt in their arrival. There were 5 workers and a supervisor (who helped out some). The job took 4 hours, because they have to take breaks from inhaling the chemical. They restored my floors without sanding them.

I was very impressed with the entire experience. My estimator worked very hard to give me an accurate quote over the phone - going into detail about the size of the rooms and number of stairs. I was given a quote for basic cleaning with the option of odor removal but was not pushed on the idea since they knew it was a move out. Ultimately, I was given a quote and told that if the person cleaning arrived and felt that it wasn't going to cover all of the areas I had requested, they would let me know before they did any cleaning. The tech arrived on time and was very professional. I showed him all of my problem spots and he got right to work. The entire thing was right on the estimate - not a penny over - and the carpets look fantastic. He was fast and efficient but thorough. The following day I received a follow-up call just to make sure everything went well.

Very organized:laid out tarp, put furniture protectors on furniture.. Arrived on time. They were quick, professional and pleasant. I really liked this service. I used a coupon online.

Awesome results. My six year old carpet looks new. The surface is wet for a few hours but well worth the wait when it dries. Phil McManus, the Steemer technician, was super courteous and gave me several good household maintenance tips. Highly recommended.

Their carpet cleaning crew showed up when planned and did a nice job getting our floor to look brand new. They applied colored seal to the grout in the tile kitchen floor which really made it stand out. All looked good until we discovered the water issue. Because of the water damage, the tile floor had to be removed in order to get the damaged cabinets out. The basement rug also had to be replaced due to the water damage from underneath. Stanley Steemer direct billed my insurance company for the costs of drying out the floors and walls. Mr. Lewis came out himself to ensure that everything was progressing well each day. They monitored the dryers each day to assure they were not leaving any room for mold to grow. After the clean up, I asked Mr. Lewis if he could refund us the costs for the carpet and floor cleaning, since they removed the carpet and floor within a week of it being cleaned. He agreed that they would do so, but indicated he needed to get final approval from his general manager. When the insurance check came in June, I asked him again about a refund, and he indicated that he had approval, but needed to get the payment credited first. I've followed up with him via e-mail several times since then, but he's been unresponsive. I judge companies more by how they respond to unexpected circumstances than standard ones. In this case, the initial work was done well, but they did not handle the unexpected. It's clear that they're more interested in a short term pay day than earning a customer for life. There are enough other carpet cleaners in the area that I would use someone else.

They are always here when they are supposed to and they always do a great job. We bought an annual contract with them because they do a great job. It is $400 for 4 cleanings and it is prepaid, which is for select rooms, the whole house isn't carpeted.
