Description of Work: Steam cleaned all the carpeting in our house and the improvement was amazing! Came back and specially treated and recleaned one problem area. The 2nd treatment helped a lot but that carpet area just really needs to be replaced. After 2 months, the carpets don't look quite as fresh, but it was good to get so much dirt out.

Description of Work: They flooded my hardwood floor. When I complained they said that is no problem and cleaned it up, but did not look for water under the sofa. I said there must be water under the sofa and they said no there would not be water there. I pushed the sofa aside, and lots more flooding under the sofa. They soaked my furniture to the point that with only a press of a finger, water would appear. I complained, and he said that is fine and is normal and is no problem. I pressed down harder on the sofa cushion so he could see the water bubbling up, so vacuumed the water from my sofa. | |They were also to clean my white living room sofa, but after the almost disaster in my sunroom I said no way will I allow you to clean another piece of my furniture. Since I no longer use this room, I keep my furniture covered. He said that even though I keep my furniture covered, he knows there is dirt embedded in the fabric. I said no there is no dirt in the fabric since I have vacuumed this furniture since it was purchased, and I vacuumed it well before I covered it years ago. He assured me there was dirt there and could he prove it to me. I said OK. He vacuumed and vacuumed a small area and kept looking at the end of his vacuum and I could see that it was pure white. He kept trying in different places to find dirt and could not, but he would not admit this. He finally showed me the end of his vacuum on it with the screen on it to catch the dirty fibers and they were snow white and I told him so. He said no, there is dirt there but for some reason he said I was not able to see it. I told him he was trying to pull a fast one on me, but he insisted that my white couch was dirty because the fibers in the screen at the end of his vacuum proved it was. I said they are very white, and ordered them out of my house immediately. He kept protesting and offering discounts if I would let him clean my white furniture. Now I was really angry and yelled at them to get out now and to never call me again. | |Catherine Baker

Description of Work: When I called them and told them what I wanted I mistakenly measured a throw rug. When he told me it was incorrect and he told me the additional cost he was brash and I didn't like his attitude. I thought it was a lot of money but I needed it done so I let them do it. It was an attitude situation. I've used them several times and I was happy with them, therefore I probably will use them again. I'll be more careful measuring.

Description of Work: They cleaned a leather sofa and loveseat and one large room. While the service was done expertly the cost seemed high for the leather cleaning. the room itself only cost 89.00 while the leather couches cost in the hundreds. It involved nothing more than a shampoo and buff using leather cleaning and protection solutions. They were very thorough. The cost of the carpet cleaning was reasonable. They do try to upsell lots of extras but were not real pushy at all.

Description of Work: I had SS come and clean, deodorize and protect carpets in 3 room and 2 hallways. The carpets were fairly dirty and pet stained. They cleaned the carpets really well considering how dirty they were and they smelled great, but the urine smell returned. Still overall, the team was fantastic and I will call and ask for them again

Description of Work: They cleaned one seat recliner, two seater, and three seater recliners. They also did my dining room chairs with clay stains which came out. They did a lot of scrubbing on them--and viola!--they were cleaned 99.9%. They were old stains on white fabric.

Description of Work: They cleaned beige carpet throughout the house with stains. There was one place that was horribly stained from pets and they were honest that they were not going to be able to get that out. I appreciated their honesty. Price includes extra $90 for deodorizing.
