Great experience! Extremely responsive, called me same day of my inquiry, on-site estimate, and work scheduled and completed within days. Good price and very exceptional work. Mark was great to work with. I realize my project was not huge, so I hoped to get on a contractor’s schedule for early summer/summer. Still amazed at how quickly and professionally they accommodated me. End result = exactly what I was looking for, and 2-3 months earlier than I expected! Have recommended Mark to my realtor friends and neighborhood social media.

They seemed to do a real good job, great at doing what we wanted done, were very professional and yet a great crew to have. Started the job when they said they would and stuck with it until it was completed.

We had 100 feet of walkways which were a combination of old paving bricks and old wood decking. This was something we've been wanting to do for years. Mark is a busy guy and it took a little while to get our job into his schedule. Bad weather didn't help. His team broke up the old walkways and hauled them away. They then laid out new walkways. The new walkways will really help us in the winter to enjoy the outside of our home.

We called for a job estimate on a Saturday and received a call back Monday morning. In less than two weeks our job was finished. Mark and Anne, his office manager were incredible, going above and beyond. Anne contacted the city on our behalf and worked tirelessly to insure all would be legal and within city codes. Mark even offered to assist us with concrete repairs that had been done years before by another company. They were professional and courteous and everything was immaculately cleaned when they were finished with the job. The crew was even kind enough to retrieve my garbage cans for me after my trash was picked up! We thank Mark and Anne for their wonderful service and kindness. Will definitely use them again and highly recommend this company to all!!

Since I did not plan to replacement the drive way yet, Mark made good suggestions on what would be the best way to fix the problems. And recommend leveling companies for me to call.

Mark Rodgers is a high quality person who works side-by-side with his crew. He gave me a fair quote and an accurate timeframe for completing the work. The weather caused several delays after the garage floor was removed and the steps were framed in so Mark ended coming out on a Saturday to pour the floor when the weather cleared up. He did a first rate job and shaped the concrete around a drain to promote better drainage. My garage floors now have enough slope to keep water from pooling in the back and the doors now close on the level without gaps. The back steps to the alley now mean I won't kill myself taking out the trash at night. I would highly recommend Mark and his guys for any concrete work as evidenced in his Angieslist ratings.

Called Mark on a Thursday morning. Not really knowing if he could help me or not. I was having driveway, flooding issues due to a clogged channel drain and I was trying to figure out what direction to take. Heavy rains had come on Monday and again on Thursday leading to flooding in my garage and basement. I was rather desperate! Mark's wife called me back mid day and suggested I call him directly on his phone. I did. He was heading home from another job due to weather and said he could stop by. I was not necessarily on his way either. Mark stopped by and was so professional, pleasant and helpful. Its clear he is very knowledgeable. And while the scope of the work I needed was not technically in his wheelhouse, he helped us out none the less and gave us lots of tips and pointers going forward as well. He charged us a small fee to fix the immediate threat of flooding and my husband and I will do the rest. I would not hesitate to hire him for a real big job when the time comes.

Fast and neat and sloped away from the garage. No cracks or standing water 2 years later.

Very conscientious, made sure they were leveled out properly. They were very well done. Over the winter there was a crack that developed that we were concerned about and they came out right away and repaired it. Follow up is definitely an A!

Onset of work was delayed because of weather. During this time, we appreciated Mark's regular updates. When work began, it was completed efficiently and well, without messes. Although Mark has several employees, he was there most of the time, and was always there for anything complex, which we appreciate. We recommend Mark Rogers Construction.

Porch came out fine. They were removing a shell pad that one side was filled somewhat but second side had a 3 foot whole that had to have 4 ton of stone to bring up ground for pad pour. surprise...The brick on front of the house wasn't secured correctly but none of it came apart but Mark called a mason for a second look to verify if extra support needed before pour. Cement block was added to be sure everything was secure. Very happy!!!! We have pasted Mark's name on to three friends in need of work on cement projects. Highly recomend this company for your concrete needs. A bonus is "Anne". Mark's right hand gal that gives excellent customer service..

Ended up calling the Angie's List asphalt contractor that Mark suggested.

Mark and his crew were professional, punctual and very informative through the whole process. They were able to fit me in to the queue a week earlier than expected and had the entire job completed in 2.5 days. They were great about giving good advice for the long term care of the driveway and sidewalk as well. All my neighbors have come out to tell me how good it looks and inquire about it. Hopefully, it may net Mark some referral work in the future. Thanks Mark!!

Mark and Shane were very professional and punctual. Because of the type of concrete they use, they were able to fix our garage and driveway before spring. (They could pour concrete as long as the temperature was at least 32°F. ) Because this was not peak season, Mark gave me a discount on the cost. Shane also has his own business to repair pavement and I hired him separately to fill in some cracks in our driveway as well. I was also satisfied with his work and his work ethic.

Mark called and kept me informed as to when he would be at my home to begin work. He and his crew showed up promptly and got to work right away. I was amazed how fast they got the old removed and hauled away. (actually I came home from work and it was just gone!) :) Everyday the work area was cleaned up and tidy before they left my home. Mark was fantastic to work with, his experience and knowledge with concrete is extensive. He stepped me through the entire process and I even got to watch the magic in the making. I had this work done last June of 2015 and I still think this was one of the best investments that I put into my home. Mark and his crew did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again!
