Auto Glass Now Parma

Looked for at-home car windshield replacement but always received subtle pressure about bringing it to the shop instead, especially when things didn't go well. Took a 1/2 day off from work then received a call saying they couldn't make it to my house that day as scheduled. Rescheduled and took another 1/2 day. Had a very pleasant installer but glass cracked during installation and I was asked to bring it to the shop for replacement. He did return to my home that day as I requested and he brought another new windshield. The next day I discovered the windshield wipers were malfunctioning, the glass had a superficial 3" scratch on it and the glass vibrated and rattled when on the freeway. Called again and was firmly told by the person in charge that I had to take it to the shop for replacement this time because "that's what the warranty says!". No apologies, no type of compensation offered for my lost time at work and the aggravation of working with their company. Wouldn't work with them again.

I drove in after calling for a good time to bring in the car. They looked at it right away to determine work to be done. They took my insurance information and worked directly with the insurance company. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was taken immediately as scheduled and the work was performed while I waited (approximately 1 hour). They gave me "going home" instructions and settled the bill after my deductable.

I called 24 hour service number after 9:00pm and reached Sheron who was very helpful and informative. She walked me through their process, explaining things as we went through them and stressed that they were there to help their customers to not pay more than they should, i.e. file with insurance company rather than paying out of pocket expenses. Sheron arranged for at home service for the next day between 10-4pm. The next day shortly after 8am I received a phone call from the local service location asking questions like, do you have a heated garage for them to perform the work. I in fact did not have a heated garage and arrangements were made to have my car picked up and brought to their shop for the work to be done, at no cost to me. The service men arrived in about an hour to pick up the car and were very professional, pleasant and willing to explain the process. They taped up the window and drove away, promising me call me when they were done. About 2 hours later I received a another phone call informing me that they were on their way back with my car. The same service men brought back my car with the replacement window in place and gave me instructions of what to do and not to do and explained the lifetime warrantee. It was very refreshing to have a company that is very customer service orientated from start to finish and which surpassed my expectations and had the window replaced in a very short time frame.

This provider was very honest with us, provided a fair quote for American-made glass (high quality), and installed the windshield in the time estimated. We had no issues, no unexpected surprises, no complaints at all. I would highly recommend these guys. They were cheaper than the "discount" windshield companies, without any coupons or hassles.

We had another window vandalized on Sunday, and I called Glass Masters first thing Monday morning. They had the rear window in stock and was able to take me that afternoon. They did a very professional job, cleaned the back of the van very well, and everything looks like it was original. The are very pleasant, courteous and professional. We hope to not need them so soon again, but will use them whenever we need to and will recommend them to others.

Everything went as planned, we took the van over, they performed the work in just a couple of hours and we had the van back that day. The glass has the same tint level as the original and looks great.

I had a bad experience with the vendor that my insurance company recommended so I called glass masters. they were very helpful and friendly on the phone and were able to perform the service the very next day. They price match, so if you get a lower quote...just tell them about it. I asked them to come out to my house for the repair which they did no problem. I've already recommended them to a friend!

Everything went very well. I call on 8-19-09 they set appointment for me the next 8-11-09. They came to where I live did the job. The person that came was very nice and friendly and very easy to talk with. He did a very neat job.

They were excellent. The manager was responsive,communicative and attentive to my problem and situation. Brian was on time and did a great job. He came to the house to fix the windshield and there was virtually no evidence that he was even there, except that my car was fixed when I got home! His work was clean and he was very professional.

I called, set up the appointment, waited for the call when the installer would arrive, and met him at the car. Installation went well.

Good customer service. Efficient and on time. Price was lower by far from other companies. Did bring the van to them.

I was quoted the out-the-door price of $141.90. Upon arrival, I was told "the girl was new" and forgot a $20 molding fee. I agreed to $163.40. When I returned, I was told that my car was done in 15 minutes and was the fastest they had ever installed a windshield. Earlier that day, they called to confirm my 3:00 appt. saying I was their last customer and wanted to make sure they should wait around for me. I left a window cracked 1/2'' as instructed for 24 hours. 1 hour later I noticed the sound of air escaping into the car from the side of the windshield. I called the manager who informed me that this was common and the molding would settle. FOUR MINUTES after that call I heard a crack and looked over to see the windshield cracking before my eyes. I've never seen a windshield do this before. I called back to tell him there was now a DEFINITE problem. As I pulled in the following week, they ran out, looked at the crack, looked at each other and said simultaneously, "Rock!".

PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS SERVICE THAT WAS MORE THAN $25 LESS THAN THEIR COMPETITORS. I WOULD USE AGAIN. SOME OF THE SAVINGS WAS BECAUSE I BROUGHT THE CAR IN. I WOULD USE AGAIN. SMALL COMPLAINT IN THAT THEY DID NOT VACUUM THE BACK SEAT WELL ENOUGH -- I FOUND SOME GLASS PIECES. THE TECH SAID IT WAS TOO DARK IN THEIR SHOP TO SEE ALL THE GLASS.

EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY. THE WORK WAS EXCELLENT. EVERYTHING WAS DONE QUICKLY.

GLASS MASTERS WAS VERY QUICK, THE DAY I CALLED FOR SERVICE THEY WERE ABLE TO GET ME IN FOR SERVICE THAT AFTERNOON. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THAT THERE WAS GLASS IN THE AIR DUCTS, SO ONCE THE CAR WAS TURNED ON A LITTLE CAME OUT THROUGH THE VENTS.

SERVICE BY EVERYONE WAS EXCELLENT.

GOOD JOB. THEY TOOK CARE OF INSURANCE CLAIM AND HELPED WITH MY DEDUCTIBLE. NO WAIT. THEY KEPT THE CAR CLEAN AND THE WINDSHIELD LOOKS GREAT.

THE JOB WAS WELL DONE, ON TIME, AND THE PRICE WAS EXCELLENT COMPARED TO SOME OTHER COMPANIES I CHECKED.

THEY WERE TIMELY AND POLITE. I HAD WRITTEN DOWN THE WRONG TIME AND WENT IN AN HOUR EARLY, BUT THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR MY WINDSHIELD AT THE EARLIER TIME. THEY CLEANED THE CAR AFTER INSTALLING THE WINDSHIELD.

THEY GAVE SAME WARRANTY AS EVERYONE ELSE I CALLED, BUT THE PRICE WAS $80 LESS THAN THE HIGHEST OFFER. THE BUSINESS WAS VERY POLITE, BUT THEY WERE VERY BUSY AND SEEMED SHORT OF HELP. EVERYONE WAS APOLOGETIC AND GENUINELY WANTED TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER A GOOD FEELING ABOUT THE BUSINESS.

CALLED IN MORNING, REPLACED GLASS THAT AFTERNOON AT THE SHOP IN ABOUT 45 MINUTES. THEY DID IT QUICKLY AND ACCURATELY.
