We continue to come back to these guys whenever we have window or door related things to do as they have provided us with terrific service and products. Gerry, the owner, has been working in the industry for many years, and is knowledgeable, courteous and professional at all times. The first job we had them do (replacing 14 casement windows) was also the biggest; Gerry gave us several options on windows manufacturers, and happily discussed the pros and cons of each in relation to our needs. Installation was straightforward, and Gerry's craftsmen made sure to clean up properly at the end. Per our request, PWG did not touch the interior woodwork, placing the new windows in the openings of the old ones. Note that PWG do not do paintwork, which only matters if you choose unfinished woodwork. Our windows, now over 10 years old, continue to look wonderful, and work well. The cost for the windows and installation was ca. $12,000. That second job we called PWG in for was a replacement front door. Gerry discussed our needs, took into consideration the age and style of the house, as well as our preferences, and showed us catalogues from several maufacturers with doors of suitable dimensions for our house. The replacement door fits beautifully in our non-standard width door opening, and is much admired. Again, PWG does not finish the woodwork, so I arranged to do this separately. Total cost of (non-standard width) door and installation was ca. $3,000. Replacing a second floor external door with a window was PWG's third job for us. At first glance, the window is indistinguishable from the house's original windows, both inside and out. Gerry's craftsmen paid particular attention to the room's architraving, carefully matching the new with the old windows. Once painted and/or stained, the new window closely resembles adjacent ones. Externally, Gerry ensured that the correct width lap boards were used to match the original siding. Total cost was ca. $1000. I love having PWG work on our house as their work is always exceptional and the experience is uniformly pleasant.

Mr. Garry was very prompt, and upfront about what needed to be replaced and what need not. He cleaned up everything. He was very responsive and thorough.

The company was prompt, efficient and did a professional installation.They cleaned the area during & after installation. The job is perfect. I would recommend them.

I decided to go with someone else because their estimate was not as complete as what the other company was offering. The other provider was willing to do more for the same money. I got several estimates and I was happy with another company which I thought was superior and I did go and check their work. The work that they had done was very good. Parma’s responsiveness was excellent. They were very professional too. I had several companies that did not return my phone calls, but Parma did return my call. They came out and gave me the information. They gave me an estimate and they were very thorough in that. I would certainly call them for an estimate in the future if need be.

Overall, my experience was good. I didn’t have them pour the cement pad. I paid $1200 without the cement pad. I had a different company do that for me. They were very nice and accommodating. They did what they said they were going to do and at the time they said they were going to do. They got it done before winter. They were efficient. The quality of service is good because I haven't had any major problems so far. The door doesn't close, but that's alright. They are supposed to come back and fix that. I would use them again if I need another garage.

They were fabulous. The job was totally seamless and the project ran like clockwork and he took care of all the permits. We were very pleased with their work. We definitely feel that we got the value for our money. I could not recommend them highly enough!

Their estimate was about $1,000 less than the company we ended up going with. We also feel the company we chose is more professional. We wouldn't hire them based on this past experience. ($10,300.00)

The project went very well. The people came when they said they would, did what was agreed upon and cleaned up well. There was a small budget overrun, but it was disclosed and discussed early on. I am very satisfied with the work and craftsmanship and would certainly use them again.

Excellent performance. Each phase (e.g., measuring, quoting, etc.) of the project was conducted in a highly professional and efficient manner. The work crew that installed the windows was particularly industrious (they didn't stop working until the job was completely done) as well as meticulous in cleaning up.

THE MARVIN WINDOWS THAT WE SELECTED ARE EXCELLENT. THE CARPENTER THAT INSTALLED THEM DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, ON THE OTHER HAND, WAS A BIT DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. HE REALLY DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THAT SELECTING A WINDOW DESIGN REQUIRED LOOKING AT VARIOUS OPTIONS AND PRICES; HE INSTEAD WANTED QUICK DECISIONS.

FIRST VISIT TO THE STORE, PRIOR TO 5/7, WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. SECOND VISIT TO THE STORE WAS A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE. HAD TO WAIT FOR SERVICE AND NOT AS FRIENDLY.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB AND THEY HAD A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. THE SALESMAN WAS VERY EASY TO TALK WITH AND THEY GAVE US MANY OPTIONS. WE HAVENT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK AND IT LOOKS GREAT!

THEY DID A SUPERB JOB, AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WANTY THE HIGHEST QUALITY PRODUCT AND WORKMANSHIP.

EVERYTHING WAS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY...FROM THE PRODUCT TO THE INSTALLATION.
