We have an old home with basement water issues. Before we called Ohio Basement Authority we had two other companies come and give us estimates. Jake Letner from Ohio Basement Authority was the first person to actually show us where water had built up in the walls. He was the first person to show us exactly what we needed to fix our problems. He also provided drawing with a full contract detailing what would be needed. We gave Jake the job on the spot. Now we will see how the actual work is.

I had Kaleb out for an inspection of my foundation. He was knowledgeable, honest, and not pushy at all. I'll definitely keep his card around in case I'm in need of any repairs down the road.

We have been having issues with water in our basement for awhile. Dylan came out and inspected the inside and outside of our house. He showed us where our major issues were and how we could eliminate the problem. He gave us a couple of options and was very honest with us from the start. He explained the process in detail from start to finish and answered all our questions. He is very knowledgeable and professional and we highly recommend him. Thank you Dylan.
