I received a few quotes for this work and was very impressed with Basement Authority. They took the extra time to give me a detailed report of the issues I was having with my basement. They also took the time to answer all of my questions. I learned quite a bit! When it came time to do the work, they we punctual and professional. The work was done within their stated time frame. When the work was complete, I was given a complete run down of all that was involved to correct the water issues in my basement. I am very satisfied with the work performed. I would definitely call Basement Authority again if I need any basement repairs performed and would not hesitate to recommend them to someone else.

I had a positive experience with them. They were great. They were done the same day. Their responsiveness was pretty good, though they did have to delay one day at one point.
Description of Work: They rerouted my house valves and consolidated them into one piping that funneled the water into the street as opposed to laying it on the foundation.

From start to finish, everything was GREAT. Doug always explained the process of the installation and made sure clean up was performed everyday. On a side note, I called Basement Authority just a month ago because I had water entering again. They came out the next day and found that a downspout line was disconnected from the lines that run to the street. Doug fixed that while we were talking outside told me that should take care of it. Wouldn't you know, no more water in the basement. He did that free of charge! Great company to work with. I will refer them as much as I can.
Description of Work: Doug and his crew installed a new waterline from the street to my foundation. Water was entering the foundation and they took care of the situation.
