I thought they did a great job. It looks really good. They were very good and very professional.

It's great I use them all the time I'm a property manager. Their my second favorite contractor for seventeen years so.

That was wonderful. We had our crawlspace wrapped and some other stuff so they did a lot of work for us, it seems like a lot of money to do this, you go it water coming in your basement all the time and it's gone and the heating bills went down but when they route crawlspace and stuff, there was moisture and it was starting to get a little bit of rot on the floor and it's all taken care of. They were good honest people and they were a lot more work than some of the other people were wanting to do for close to the cost of the same price they weren't greedy some of the people we had pout there were like it just used car salesmen and they got mad when you didn't buy something. So they were good quality professional people.

Just one time in my old house. It was super job, they reinforce the structure over the window.

Basement Authority did a great job!! They showed up on time and completed the job on time and on budget!! Kept the job site very clean and kept me informed of the progress daily. Answered all of my questions. I plan to use them again in the future as much as possible.

Walls stabilized and cracks filled and no water leakage since. Did a good job in one day and did work as advertised.

Excellent: professional; started on time and finished ahead of schedule; courteous; informative; end result was tested with a large rain storm and the basement was completely dry.

The crews were fantastic. One came in and installed six jacks and three beams to give support to new joists. Then a second crew came in and completely rebuilt the foundation with block. Then the third crew came in, installed all new floor joists and subflooring. Everything was glued before nailing. You can't do it any better than that. My brother joked that you could put a tap dancing elephant on it now. The work was top notch. All of the guys were very friendly, professional and informative. They all took the time to explain exactly what had to be done and why. I would not hesitate to recommend and use them again.

Sales man came out to do measuring ..he gave us an estimate of how many different pilings we would need. it seemed to me that there were 10 different pilings.. they show up to work ..sup jumps out and said he has questions. said he did not think I had enough surings. He calls back and talks to office. Instead of giving us the extra suring they took the suring form the side of the garage. The workmanship was good . Everything was spic and span. My problem was that they were not on the same page. The person that did the inspection and the person who came out to do the job.

Exceptional company, from salesman (Travis) to installers Aaron, Amilicar, and Jeremy for the WaterGuard system, and Joe and Anthony for the wall paneling. Knowledgeable, thorough, punctual, clean--took time to explain everything and answer all questions. No up-selling pressure; reasonably priced too. System has been put to the test already and performed perfectly! Like that there is a transferrable (for a small fee) warranty to next owner of the home. Interviewed several companies and OBA was heads above the others--even the inspector for the City Of Columbus said this was the best system he'd seen and he wished all homes had it!

OBA was prompt, quick, and did a fantastic job! I would definitely use them again.

This was a problem created by this company several years ago. When we brought it to their attention it was dealt with quickly and efficiently at no cost to us.

Sales comes out and gives me a $5k quote telling me all of this work that needs to be done but not knowing how the water is getting into the basement. I had my contractor come out who actually figured out WHERE the water was coming from and how to stop it. $800 later, I haven't had water in my basement for 2 years.

Work was set up and Zach Wells and his crew Milton and Daniel came out. Very professional, on time, Once again, explained what they were going to do and how,. Work took the time they said it would, completed all in a day.and cleaned everything up. Needed to have some holes dug in the yard, and very minimal mess. They did a great job, and we were very happy knowing that if we have any issues we can call and they will be out right away.

Very well. They did an excellent job, very professional. Very pleased with the work.

All of the staff (estimator, crew that removed the floor and installed drains, crew that installed the new concrete floor) were professional, courteous, considerate, and accommodating. They explained what they were going to do and when, showed up as promised, and completed the work within the timeframe discussed. They also cleaned up after themselves and fixed areas in the lawn that were disturbed by their equipment. We are pleased with the work done and the finished product.

They did a great job in all respects. I would recommend them again.

Mike McDonald and his assistant showed up at 10 AM after a 3 hour drive from Columbus. They worked all day in the hot sun to get our concrete back close to level. They did a great job getting the areas level and filling in the cracks. The PolyLevel seems to really work. It was amazing to see the areas of concrete back level again.
