Wonderful people! They do beautiful work. Prompt, and reasonably priced. They do what they promise. They made my ugly kitchen floor look like a new, beautiful one. I was planning on laying something over the top and they worked their magic and made it gorgeous. I can't tell you how pleased I am with their workmanship.

Our home was built in 1996, and the wood floors had not been refinished since then. Found Bill and Patti through home advisor. She called immediately, came to view and made great recommendations for stain and duration of work. Finished floors are fantastic, and we will have them back for a buff and recoat in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them for your project. Bill’s years of experience made all the difference. Came when he said he would and was outstanding to work with. Want to also give a shout out to Keith who helped with our entire project. The floor looks new again.

This was part of a whole house renovation and the property was empty. I was very happy with the work. Our project was delayed because of excess humidity in the house, but once that was taken care of they promptly finished the project. The only criticism I have is that they could have been a little more proactive in communicating when they were coming to work on the floors.

We hired them to refinish the floors in base housing. They did an excellent job. They are very reliable and when they quote a price that what it is no hidden fees. We will definitely hire them again for out floor refinishing needs. Greta job all around.

Patti and Bill Leininger are true professionals of hardwood floor restorations. The work they performed on our 1856 Quaker home, was a professional job of conservation and achievement. Bill and his family really showed respect not only to us and but to our historic home, throughout the project. We are the fourth owners of our home with pride that there are no structural changes to the house, in 161 years by us or pervious owners; except a small garage addition. Everything is original to the house. We wanted our floors to be refinished to their original state. Our floors are random width white ash flooring dimensional lumber, tongue and grooved, and a true 1” thickness. We were impressed that Patti Leininger recommended that they would use tongue oil sealer for the finish and sealant on the floors. ( This was the correct application for an historical preservation procedure, for hardwood floors). She was definitely right! Patti and Bill both recommended a light sanding of the floors to remove the verathane that would carefully bring back their original beauty. Being a historical a purist myself and from a family that has worked in the museum industry, I was very impressed with their professional knowledge, their work and their experience in the refinishing floor business. My wife and I had hired the correct family/company who seemed to care about the restoration project, as much as we did. They were professional, polite, on time, held to the original quotation of the job. The whole experience was a successful journey back in time, to bring back the original beauty of our 1856 floors. We are confident that the Home Adviser Organization only hires the best of professionals. Our experience was one with working with true professionals in the floor refinishing industry. We would definitely recommend the Leininger Company and Home Adviser, for anyone wanting to have their hardwood floors refinished to the original state.
