Leininger Hardwood

Very experienced and very professional. They know and love wood floors! They were clear about what they could do and what the floors would look like after refinishing. They also set appointments and call 10 or 15 minutes before arrival. Wonderful experience! I will continue to use Home Advisor. This was my first time.

They did a good job and did it quickly. The machine they used was virtually dustless !!

They makes promises they cant keep. They were suppose to fix my hardwood floors from the 1880s. I do not expect perfect but i wanted holes filled and the wood to not be 20 shades aprat in a 1 foot distance. They redid my kitchen and it still did not look good. Also they take too many jobs so they say there will be there then push the job back a day or three days. I would not recommend them for any difficult job due to false hopes.

The finish project looks great. I would use them again, for the price and the quality of work. There was a little problem with communicating when the job was to be done, but after that was settled evey thing went smoothly.

Leininger Hardwood Flooring had a major challenge with our 100 year old floors and they did an absolutely outstanding job on them. I appreciated their input as to how to restore them and we are so pleased with the outcome. They are beautiful. We would highly recommend them.

I had a terrible experience with Leininger Flooring. I purchased laminate flooring and had them out to give me an estimate. They sounded reasonable so I agreed to use them. They were suppose to meet me at the place I purchased flooring to pick it up. They didnt show and when I called Mr leininger said he knew nothing about it. I should have taken that as a sign. All said and done a weekend job put me out of my condo for 2 weeks and I am still not satisfied. They did a horrible job. There are multiple areas that are lifting. I showed them and they refused to fix it. The trim they put on is awful. I could have done a better job myself.

They did a wonderful job matching the half-room that they installed to the other half that was already there You can barely tell that it wasn't all one room to start We had a few unique problems and they had great solutions to offer; for instance we now have beautiful wood vents in the floor that match the flooring. Everyone who sees them comments on how great they look Bill, his wife, and the guys are very polite and respectful; they're in and out when they say they will be, and they clean up any mess. The equipment they use doesn't make much dust, but they hang plastic just in case. All in all a great experience with terrific results!

I had some pretty rough looking old floors. Bill and his guys did an awesome job of making them look great. I am very happy with their work and they were even about $300 cheaper than another quote I received.

We bought a house with unfinished Maple Floors. Maple is a hard wood that does not take stain well. The team at Leininger explained this before we started but we still wanted more of a walnut color and they stuck with it until it turned out as desired. The floors now look great, taking them from looking like a gym floor to very elegant. Rob in Loveland

The group of men who did the work were courteous, efficient and did a wonderful job. They explained the challenges unique to my floor and discussed each step of the process with me before they did it. The woman I spoke with on several occasions was polite and reflected the same commitment to my satisfaction as the crew who came out to the house. I am thrilled with the service they provided and the results of their work. I have already recommended them to several of my colleagues. Simply put, this is a fantastic company whom I would trust with any flooring project I had.

Our experience with the Leiningers was a positive one from the start. The were very kind and easy to work with. They listened to what it was that I wanted instead of telling me what I should want; then executed it perfectly! Our floors look GREAT! It was a big job of both refinishing existing hardwood (some that was even water damaged), as well as installing new hardwoods. It all looks better than I could have ever imagined! Bill was able to customize a stain for us, which we absolutely love. They were very professional, and their prices were very fair and competitive. We didn't sacrafice any quality for the lower prices either!!

The staff were professional, on time, and courteous. We needed some wood replaced in our 48 year old floors which they succeed to do at top quality. I was not able to see where they had replaced the wood. The finish was great. They cleaned up the area when they were finished. I would recommend them and use them again if we need refinishing completed.

I had a great experience working with Leininger Hardwood Flooring. Their prices were $300-$600 less than the other estimates I received, yet the quality of work that was done was not compromised. Even though they had equipment issues on the first day and couldn't make it until the second day, they were still able to get the job done on time. Defintely a job well done and worth every penny!

Bill did a great job on my floors and I've been enjoying them for several months now. He was very professional, always timely and courteous. I also get many compliments on how good the floors look. I have experience with refinishing hardwood floors and was pleased with Bill Leininger's knowledge of the floors and the repair needed. He was also helpful with the right stain color choices for my new kitchen cabinetry. When I asked him to define the process that he would go through, he described it thoroughly and acuately step by step. They were very accomodating when I asked them to make adjustments to the timing at which we refinished different floors. Their pricing is very fair. I'm very pleased with Leininger and would recommend them to everyone.
