I sent them an email and they never got back with me. In the email, I gave them square footage information, as they were a bit outside of the scope of the Big Deal in question. I was disappointed.

It was easy to schedule, he came on time and did the work. Very professional and courteous

The craftsmanship was good. The areas the work was completed were a wall in the living room, spot on the bedroom ceiling and wall behind the toilet. The worker even touched up a spot I did not see. He did a great job and was very nice. I did have trouble contacting Matt to schedule the appointment but the work was completed and looks nice.

Everything was easy. Matt was very responsive and did not mind that I kept changing my mind on what I wanted him to paint up to the moment of his arrival. He was very patient and did a great job. The room looks fantastic.

He was polite and was very mannerly. He cleaned up when he was finished.

Wonderful experience! Provider arrived on time and was polite, asked to speak to me outside to keep my carpets clean. I showed him the areas that needed repair and he repeated back to me what I wanted, for clarity. He was polite, clean, and professional. I asked about a brick missing a corner, and he told me it would be a huge, expensive job to repair, and probably not worth my money; refreshing honesty! He touched up all the areas I was concerned about, and made sure everything was securely attached to the house, which I didn't know was important. During his work, it started to rain, and I told him he could come back another time if he wanted. Instead, he set up tarps and drapes, completing the work on time. He told me how to care for the repair for the next few days to make sure it set well. When the covers came off a few days later, the mortar was clean, smooth, and blended right in.

We corresponded by email, which worked well, and agreed on a time. I had to wait for an opening, but that was not a problem as this was just a general repair rather than an immediate necessity. He arrived on time and did the work in a clean, workmanlike manner. However, I found one small area after he left where the caulk left an opening under the frame of the shower door. I repaired it myself, but my work looks odd compared to the rest of the job. I would probably use him again, however.

Overall I would rate my experience as good. I would use them again as an Angie's Deal, but I would review the work to be done and the supplies needed.

AWFUL RUN DON't WALK

Matt gave me a time he would start work and then showed up hours late. His product was pretty good.

No service was performed. I bought this deal in april.I have attempted to contact him several times

The job was never completed, i.e., he never finished resetting the steps and did not finish the tuckpointing. The tuckpointing he did do was hideous to say the least; not only did he use white mortar that sticks out like a sore thumb, despite our specifying that we wanted him to tint the new mortar to match the existing mortar, but he let the mortar drip down the face of the bricks, ending in a big blob on one of the front steps. We emailed Mr. McCuller twice, asked him to either complete the job properly or refund our money, and he did neither.

I did buy an Angie's list Big Deal Coupon for 4 hours of Masonry work. It seems like he has been very overwhelmed, since he has canceled or not shown up for every single attempted appointment.

Matthew did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and an upholstered chair and ottoman. Ive had my carpet cleaned the old fashioned way (steam) and still and it still came out slightly dull and grey with Matt's procedure it actually came out white (its original color) They were organized, profesional, on time and had great prices.

we just moved into a new house with six rooms. We called Matthew he arrived on time. He cared about the job, and asked questions about our stains. He offered the best service for the best price. First, we thought to replace the carpet but we wanted to give it a chance with the deep cleaning. Since we had a lot of discoloration and the carpet in bad condition I was not sure that anyone can save the damage. He knew how to use the rite ingredients and the fact that he used all organic products were important because we have three younger kids. I would highly recommend him and use him again in the future.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Matthew as well as him educating me on how to maintain my carpet. I had some pet issues and after my carpet was treated it looked like new. Very good company. I wouldn't use any one else. Thank you!

Our Carpet had some dog accidents and ground in winter mud. It was bad enough that I decided we weren't having guests over till we had the carpets clean. Less than an hour after Matthew arrived, Our carpets were pristine. I was happy with the price, and the Matthew was very nice. Highly Recommended. Chemicals are pet friendly too.

We purchased an Angie's list deal for four hours of work for $99.00 plus cost of materials. We called Matt to get an estimate of the job to determine if he thought he could get the job done in four hours and the cost of materials. He told us yes and the cost of materials was $70.00. We contracted him to do the job. He couldn't start for a while due to the weather but when the weather did get better, it took him some time to get to us. It took him about 3 visits to complete the job. Once he had to stop early due to high winds it wasn't safe for him to be on the ladder. The thing I wasn't happy with was the lack of communication. He didn't call or email us to let us know when he would be coming out or reasons for delays. Due to lack of communication it seemed like things were taking a while to be completed. The job done was average. For the price though, I guess I can't complain too much.

After purchasing the "big deal" I contacted Matt's home improvements by leaving voicemail and emailing. Over several weeks of this he never returned my calls or emails. I am disapointed since I wasted several weeks with Matt's Home Improvements and have to find another contractor. Angie's list refunded my payments.

It was nicely done and I am satisfied with the work. They were good and I will be using them again for another project.

We were emailing initially to set up an appointment, and it always took a couple of days for him to responde. I was told that he was still getting a painting crew together (in April) and he probably wouldn't be able to get to me until June. It is June 22 and I've heard nothing back about our appointment.

I had purchased a Big Deal for 4 hours of masonry work. The estimate was much more than the price of the Big Deal, and the company that I did hire to complete the work was able to do it in 4 hours, for less than his estimate. I feel like he was trying to make it sound more complicated than it was and that he was talking down to me.

He came right in and went straight to work. He couldn't complete all the work the first time he was at my home. He sent an assistant who was very nice and completed the job. They were prompt, very polite, courteous and neat. I would definitely recommend them.

Their staff was very nice and knew what they were doing and did it. They had some screwy problems with their phones and as such I had to reach them through emails. They could not quite figure out what the problem was. As soon as I got in touch with them through emails everything went well. I would use them again in the future.

He came out to give an estimate, which seemed fair. He was nice and showed up on time. We have exchanged emails about the estimate and when the work would be completed but I just couldn't follow through with having the work done. He wanted to subtract the 99$ from the estimated service, instead of providing 4 hours of masonry work for $99.
