OK, but they were supposed to come back and finish a second window well to complete the fours of masonry work I paid for and never did. Also, they left the old brick strewn around and did not clean up very well.

Very disappointed! Angies did refund the amount paid for deal.

The services were straight forward and performed well. I supplied materials which he recommended.

I purchased an Angie's List offer of 1 room for $99 (I bought 2 of them). Matt came out and gave us an estimate for the additional work. He began the work when he said he would, then had to squeeze another job in before he finished. He stayed very late to complete the work He purchased the paint and charged us his cost. His work was very thorough. He was professional and very pleasant. I gave him a larger tip than I normally would have given because I was so pleased with his dedication. I would both recommend him and hire him again.

After receiving estimate I checked with someone else. They said the job should take about 2-3 hours for $200 (half his cost). Will do job after holiday weather permitting. Will update job after completed.

They did a great job. There were a few spots where the paint was light, which Matt offered to come back and touch up, but it wasn't much so I just did it myself. They left the house clean and tidy, but I was a little bummed to see they had left a little paint on my blinds. Luckily the blinds were long overdue to be replaced. Overall, I was impressed that they managed to paint my rooms on schedule, as I know they were painting nonstop for the month previously. I expected the dates to fall through, but they managed to pull it off. And I was impressed with Matt's follow-up.

The men who cleaned our carpets were EXTREMELY nice, polite and friendly. They completed their work professionally and quickly. They returned to take care of a couple of areas that were not cleaned as well as we had anticipated and were EXCEPTIONALLY quick to do so. Again, they were nice, polite and friendly. You'll wish everyone who performed service for your home were as kind and friendly as they.

We bought a deal to have a room painted and had Matt come and give us a quote to paint 2 additional rooms. Matt showed up and gave us a quote that was good and we scheduled him to do the work. We were concerned when he didn't call to confirm and saw reviews that said he didn't show, but he did show when he said he would. Matt was very professional and did a good job of painting our rooms. We are very happy with Matt's work.

Matt did a very good job, was professional, cleaned up afterwards, and even did a few extra touches without my asking. I will hire him again.

Took three attempts to get him to our home. Weather was a factor in most of the cancellations. When he did arrive the work was done good. I think he was buried in calls do to the hgh response to the Angies big deal promotion. Had the certificate been good for 12 months the contractor would have been able to space this work out. Having a promotion in the fall with only 6 months to have the work done was the problem. This required him to get all of the work done before winter.

I had four rooms cleaned and paid extra to have few spots in another room and the stairs. They were polite and did a good job, but unfortunately couldn't get all of the spots out.

He rescheduled with me twice then didn't show up the third time. Finally when he did show up he took a break in the middle of the day and didn't come back for five hours to finish, by then it was 7pm. The work looks great but he did get paint on my curtains and I had to throw them away and he didn't tell me nor did I notice until I went to put them up the next day. He did a great job but pretty unprofessional.

Not well, no service was performed.

They were very responsive to my call to schedule. The work is fantastic. I can't say if the work done fulfilled the 4 hours purchased through the Angie's List Big Deal, but I do feel we got our money's worth in the repairs. I really did some damage running into the corner of our Shaker garage but we can barely tell after the repairs.

Our brick looked very good when he was done. Matt did a nice job matching the mortar color.

It was too cold on the first agreed date for him to pour concrete. He and I agreed he would do the job at the first warm day. After 3 phone calls to him to set up a date, nothing has been done. I don't know anything about the quality of his work. He just did not seem to be interested in my small job.

He arrived early, wore shoe covers to keep the carpet clean, did the job quickly and was gone. I am very happy with his work, and would gladly call him if I had more extensive repairs or remodeling.

Disappointed. And if your website contact form doesn't work - fix it or take it down.

Unfortunately, the work I needed was never completed. I purchased the Big Deal for Matt's from Angie's List in February, and called Matt to set up a relatively simple job (I think) - repairing the bricks under my front steps. After several calls, I never did get a call back to schedule the service, and called Angie's List and got a refund for my Big Deal. To be fair, I do not put the entire blame on Matt. I feel that Angie's List allowed him/them to oversell a Big Deal, which Matt's was unable to handle. He may do excellent work, and I do not want to besmirch his reputation as a mason. And in normal circumstances his responsiveness may be exemplary. However, in my experience I did not get the responsiveness I needed to fulfill my job.

At 10:00 I called and he explained that he was not on the way at all and he did not remember our appointment.

The company was very prompt in returning my call and also very prompt in coming to my house at the scheduled time. I will say that I have badly soiled carpet from dog stains and it was a difficult job. I was pleased with the basic service, but paid an extra $69.40 for deep cleaning in 2 rooms and must say that this made no difference in the results. Because of this I probably would not use them again.

he was wonderful to work with. He even took notice of other items that should be addressed that could have caused problems in the future.

Service was performed in a competent and professional manor. tech was very helpful and accommodating to our needs.

The crew was very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job cleaning and removing the stains from the carpets. I would definitely use Matt's Home Improvements again in the future
