The tech found that there was a problem with the installation and he repaired it so there could never be another leak. To be honest, he went above and beyond in the repair. This installation was done more than two years ago and he did the work for no charge. He acknowledged that it was a faulty installation. This just shows you how honest they are at Jackson. They had a chance to charge me and didn't take it. If anyone is looking for heat / Ac work done please call Jackson.

ALEX FOUND PROBLEM AND MADE TEMPORARY REPAIR UNTIL FURNACE COULD BE REPLACED.HE CALLED HIS OFFICE AND SHORTLY AFTER KIETH ARRIVED TO EXPLAIN NEXT STEPS.BOTH ALEX AND KIETH WERE WELL PREPARED AND PLEASANT.NEW FURNACE HAS BEEN ORDERED AND WILL BE INSTALLED WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS FROM ORIGINAL CALL.

The technician (Dean) was timely and was able to diagnose the problem, a refrigerant leak in the main coil. The system was already in place when we purchased the home, so we were not positive on the age of the equipment. He could have easily just quoted us the full price of the repair and parts, but instead he took the extra effort to verify if the unit was still under manufacturer warranty, and it turned out that it was. This saved us the cost of the parts and shows that Jackson Comfort cares about their customers.

It went very well and he got my humidifier to the point of being usable again.

Prompt arrival. Alex Turner checked the thermostat, the furnace and the outside unit. Determined the problem and called the office about a new thermostat. They had one in stock and brought it to him. He proceeded to install the new unit and everything is up and running correctly. Thank you Alex.
