What a great company. Very punctual and knowledgable staff. We first purchased a service package but ended up needing a new system. We knew this was coming as ours was very old and inefficient. They didn't try to sell us more than we needed but got us very upgraded and very happy. Workers were friendly, professional, and left our house cleaner then when they arrived. Will strongly recommend using this company to anyone who asks.

Determined that the water accumulating on the basement floor was caused by a crushed condensate line coming from the furnace. Replaced damaged portion of the PVC pipe.

Went well. Bought a $99 remover/reset toilet but had to pay for flange and water feed line plus an extra half hour of labor. Didn't think I should pay for extra labor but did anyways.

It went fine. The scheduling was easy and efficient, the company called me the prior evening to confirm our appointment and, as promised, the employee called me about 30 minutes before he arrived to assure that I was available.

Used an Angies List Deal to get a new outside faucet installed. I had the crew at my house already so it was a snap to get the new faucet put in. While waiting for other tasks to be completed, they knocked out this installation in a breeze and it works great!

It went well except for the waiting period for the technician. I didn't like the fact that you didn't get an actual appointment. It was set between 8:30-4:30. The 1st technician called at 11:40. I had my friend waiting at my home. She was outside for one minute and that was when the tech called. My friend called right back, well that tech went to another job. After three phone calls to the office we got another technician back out at 4:00. Which was ridiculous. What happened to the tech at 11:40? Once the new tech showed up he was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem right away.

Sal's was very prompt, fast and professional. We would highly recommend there services. We have another appointment for next week to install a bathroom faucet.

Performed as stated , with an A/C Tune up and outside unit cleaning

They responded immediately to my buying the Big Deal, came out to consult about the size and put the unit in all in an amazing amount of time. This was purchased end of May and it's done. The two men who were here were timely, polite, professional, explained everything and had good humor. This was a great experience and purchase

Everything was ok until they didn't have a $3.00 or $4.00 part. They had to go to Home Depot for the part. When they returned they were complaining about the time it took them to get the part. Wanted to charge me extra for their time. I told them I didn't it was fair to charge me extra. They said that this was a common fault with these faucets. I told them that if this was so common why didn't they carry extra parts. Said they can't carry all the parts. When I called for a appointment I told the girl my faucet was leaking. After some bickering they decided to charge me only for the part. It left a bad taste in my mouth because this was a common problem with these faucets. Once they got the part it took two minutes to change it. It was a washer they had to replace. They wanted to charge me for their time to go to Home Depot. I told them a few months ago I had Sal's replace my hot water tank. I was very happy with their service. Now I have a different opinion

I bought a special offer of $99 for a new toilet. It turned out that the toilet offered would not fit in our bathroom but the company substituted another toilet for the same price. While installing the new toilet, the plumber noted that the seal on the floor was broken and would cause problems later if not fixed. So I agreed to a new seal. This probably saved me a great deal of grief later.

Bought it and forgot about it. UPDATE: Turns out that the flange wasn't broken, it was never properly secured to the floor. They were able to secure it and I believe my issue is resolved. They called, came and got the job done. Thank you Sal's.

Great! The pipes no longer squeal!

At first, I was only going to do the Angie's List special for the whole house humidifier. The new humidifier would not have been able to be installed in a way that most were because of the old duct work. To make a long story short: It would have been ugly. I mentioned to the installers that I was thinking about having central air installed and the next thing I knew, I was signing an estimate with their salesman for a new central air unit and the humidifier at a great price! While the humidifier did not get done that day, I was told they would come the following week to install everything. The installers called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The installers were here promptly and they cleaned up their mess after they were done for the day. They even showed us how to use the new units. They were very professional and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone and I plan on using them for a tune-up in the years to come. :)

Truly perfect. On time, called beforehand, communicated all the way through the process and did a dang fine job. No leaks, no issues - I'd hire them back again tomorrow if needed.

Thought everything went well BUT.....We left then for Arizona and came back May 9th........we started to use faucet and my husband had to keep tighting under neath the sink...............finally today we called them to come and fix it .....they said tooo bad .....we have to charge you...........then they said they would come and assess the situation.....but then they are there and we would have to pay..........we already paid enough and this should never have happened. VERY POOR BUSINESS AND SHOULD NOT HAVE SUCH A HIGH RATING WHEN THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK ......EVEN ON SUCH A SMALL THING LIKE THIS!!!!

TO FIND THE LEAK, WAS GOING TO COST MORE THAN I WANTED TO SPEND, AT THAT TIME...........SO WE LEFT IT

It's after 9pm at night. I am too disappointed to even write a full review. The service workers never showed up or even called.

He was really fast and curteous. The new HB is really great, and its much better than the 20-30 year old HB that was on there. Easy to turn.

It didn't end up remedying the situation and they ended up telling me, well you need a snake it's not a main line issue. They didn't tell us that when they started. They did give me a discount on the snake out they did afterwards but it took like you know a bunch of phone calls and in other words they didn't really remedy the problem where the three hundred dollar snake job they should have remedied the problem or told us it wasn't going to. I think I rated them decently but then when they first called, because I didn't realize that it wasn't, you know, that it really didn't take care of the problem, they called me right after service from Angie's List and I was talking about something else and they asked me for uh so I think at the time I gave them a pretty good rating.

This was the first time that I used Sal's and they were friendly,timely and professional. I purchased their maintenance contract for air conditioning and furnace cleaning and was pleased with the price. I assumed because I purchased their special deal on Angies List that I wouldn't get the same level of service, but I was wrong. The technician did a great job. I have both an older furnace and air conditioner and he did a very good job explaining the importance of a carbon monoxide detector and what to listen for that will tell me that something is going wrong before it breaks in the middle of winter. I have had other service companies out each year and it's alway been uncomfortable, but not this time. I would definitely recommend using their service.

It went well. The worker was there early. Serviced the conditioner, gave a few tips, and left. Did not take a long time either.

Everything went great. The guys were very professional. Cleaned out the drain in our laundry room and now it works much better. Very satisfied.
