They do a pretty good job but the only thing was they didn't pull out permits and they were supposed to do that but they never did. They did things correctly.

Unfortunately, my Angie?s List purchase did not cover using the snake to unclog the drain. It did however cover the replacement of the wax seal the toilet sits on. The initial visit was fine except that the gentleman did not have the machine he needed as it was at another job. Said he would be back within a couple of hours but never returned. I called a few hours later and he apologized and we made arrangements for him to come back. He retuned the next day did the work. Two days later, the bathroom was used fo the first time and it was once again clogged and the pipe was leaking in the basement . I called Sal?s they sent someone out. After looking at it, proceeded to inform me that there is not warranty for clogged drains. And that he believes it couple be a collapsed pipe under the basement and it would be an additional $200 to snake again and an additional $300 to take a look with a camera to see what the issue is. This in addition to a $95 service call fee. I declined the service and declined to pay for the service call. When I called I was never told I would have to pay for a service call. An assumption on my part yes, but they never informed me of the charge. I spoke to the Manager for Sal?s and I explained my point of view. I declined all other services and they went on their way. The two gentlemen that came out for the service calls were both very polite and proffesional. The manager on the other hand, was not. He was both unprofessional and condescending. When I told him of my concerns he said,?You are using an Angie?s List coupon so I know you don?t want to spend any money!? This is a direct quote. He again stated that because I was using Angie?s List I must want them to do the work for free.

I was very happy that Sal's was able to provide a technician the same day we called requesting service. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and fix it efficiently. They stayed for a little while and ensured that the problem appeared to be fixed. I was very happy with the service provided.

It was fine. They installed the wrong one but they fixed it so it's no big deal. They came out quickly and did everything they said. They didn't put in the one I paid for and I had to get a refund and had to recharge me. I haven't got the one I wanted in the end but it was fine.

Dave was friendly, prompt and did excellent work! He let me know how the previous sump pump had failed (it was tripping the basement breaker; thankfully no flooding occurred). A battery backup was recommended, but we opted to go with just the special they were running, which was the 1/3 HP Zoeller sump pump. He had it installed in about 30-40 minutes and gave me a demonstration. I always appreciate when technicians try to give an education on the products they install and work they've done. Dave and his apprentice both get an A+. I was very happy Sal's scheduled someone to make it out before the thunderstorm today. They're a good company.

It did not go well. He actually did not do the replacement. I hired some body to come and do it and he wasn't equipped to do even some work from the inside. He was it able to do anything he instead did something else and I wasn't very happy. And I would not use his services again.

Plumbers Bryan and Robbie arrived on time. Installed a new kitchen faucet. Both men were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use this business again.

It went extremely well. He was able to do all the work without going into my crawl space and he was there and gone within 30 minutes. I was very satisfied and he acted very professionally.

The technician gave me plenty of notice prior to his arrival. He arrived on time and was very friendly. The inspection and cleaning were done to my complete satisfaction. I will update my review once the furnace is done in the fall. This was my first time calling Sal's but it certainly won't be my last!

They're close and have fair prices. They do the job well. My interaction with the workers went very well. They seemed professional.

Initially surprised by the techs assessment and cost to assess the issue. However, great follow up from Rob who talked through the issue and then came to the home and wrapped up the agreed upon work in just a short time. I was probably a bit inpatient in the process but ultimately appreciate the work they did. Seemed to be honest and responsive and the overall cost was reasonable. Thank you.

Very professional an did a good job.

Service man showed up on time. Took less than an hour to diagnose and fix both issues. Everything went fine. Sal's technician did NOT try to sell me a new furnace/AC unit, unlike Service Experts who have told me I needed a new unit every time they have been here for regular maintenance check ups. I went to Sal this time as Angie's List has them rated highly, and Service Experts were going to charge me for a "failure" call versus the regular maintenance check up I had originally schedule. That would have meant an over $200 extra charge. Going with Sal from now on.

Exceptional customer service from the point of first contact through installation. I am one of those people that is always asking questions and was thrilled that the plumber took the time to explain the difference between frost free and a regular faucet, how they work, etc. service was prompt, professional and efficient. Will be using them again!

They were very good. This was my second time to use this company.

Matt (the service technician) was professional and courteous. I was left with the impression that he knew what he was doing largely in part because of how fast he diagnosed the problem with my AC. (It had a bad starting capacitor.) The unit was up and running in 15 minutes. Matt then quoted me a new 2.5 ton AC unit with coil (American Standard) for $3322 and a 95% efficient furnace (American Standard) for $2985. In retrospect, I wish I would have asked to see the box that the new starting capacitor came in to make sure it was indeed new and not something taken out of another unit. The cost of the starting capacitor was $99, which seems high to me. In any event, the AC has been working fine for 2 months and hopefully it will make it for the rest of the summer. I likely will get a couple more quotes for the same AC unit Sal quoted later this summer. If Sal is even close to what the other's are asking, he will get my business. Just a side note not related to this service call. My AC unit is 17 years old, and before this year I have never done anything to it. If I had paid for an annual inspection year after year as is often times "recommended", I would be out more than $1000, and I doubt that the unit would have lasted a day longer! I now believe the annual inspections are not worth the money.

Provider installed 20 SEER, 5 ton A/C unit. All of the work was done the same day and to my satisfaction.

I've used Sals multiple times and have zero complaints. I would highly recommend!!

Great service, punctual and nice.

Price was more than expected. Vendor turned off "furnace" switch to complete job but fail to turn it back on before they departed so my house was cold overnight. I also called a furnace company to explore why my house was cold. Fortunately I didn't. In addition, vendor removed items from my storage unit in order to install new tank. They did not return those items back to the storage unit upon the water heater installation. I had to return those item myself.
