Bought this as a deal on Angies List and can't remember how much it cost - it appeared that they had accomplished the job of fixing the leak bathtub faucet in my guest bath - unfortunately, after hosting several people since the repair, I had my first honest guest (my sister!) who told me that my hot water and cold water were not connected - as in, either the water was on hot or on cold and no in between. This was not an issue before they repaired the leak. Need to find a different plumber who can really come back and fix my problem.

The technician came and did everything perfectly. He was late for his appointment by an hour or so. That is the only thing we can complain about. Else, he was knowledgeable and friendly.

The job was performed per the special I signed up for through Angie's list so price wasn't an issue. A couple of things I was disappointed with is that I signed up for an appointment through Angie's but was called the next day by Sal's and asked to schedule the appointment directly through them. They apologized for the inconvenience but said they had to do it this way due to issues with connectivity between their system and Angie's. The other thing that was disappointing is that my HVAC system had a leak which I didn't find out until later. The technician mentioned there was a possibility when they added the refrigerant but couldn't confirm.It seems like a wasted $79 now because I ended up replacing my heat pump and air handler a month after. Overall though I'd give Sal's an A as none of these are really their fault.

.The fellows removed the Kohler toilet, cleaned up the floor and removed caulking, and installed the new Gerber toilet. All went well - they were fast, courteous, and removed the old toilet

The technician arrived in time, did really good job replacing old leaky faucet, answered my questions. I feel the job worths the money paid.

Everything went well as promised. I would definitely use Sal's again.

Sal's quickly responded to my request for service and the techs were prompt and polite. They installed a new thermostat and told me that both units would quickly need to be replaced. I was quoted $6000 for the project. The new thermostat made my system run for about a day. Sal's was very happy to set up the installation of a new heater and air conditioner. Thankfully, someone advised me to have another company come out for a service call before replacing the whole thing. It took the tech from the other company 20 minutes and a $95 new capacitor to completely fix my issue and the tech told me that I would easily be able to get a few more years out of my current units. Had I not checked with another company, I would have unnecessarily spent $6000. I certainly will not use Sal's again.

I bought a big deal for this service and it did not work out. They messed up my ceiling and refused to pay for it. He put his foot through my ceiling and never repaired it. He did a good job on the pipes and cleaned up, but the fact that he put his foot through my ceiling, just walked away and never made any comment about fixing it. When I called Sal's Heating & Cooling they said: "oh, it s*cks to be you", and then left it like that. Their price was about the same as everybody's prices. The appointment was fine, but afterwards F. I have ceiling hanging down and debris on the floor. I took pictures and sent them to Sal's, but they still never did anything.

They came out quickly and got it done in good time. I have rental properties and have bought numerous coupons form Sal H&C before and normally all goes well however this time for some reason the installers said I had to have extras put on the tank, extras that added up to $150+ in additional charges - extras that just a couple months ago I didn't have to have at my own home when I had a HWT installed. I wasn't present to question the extras (expansion tank & drain pan) so they are there now! Total bill to have a HWT tank installed thought it was going to be 769 like the Angies List coupon said but actual cost was just short of $1000.

The product wasn't advertised very well because I thought it was going to be an ADA height toilet but it wasn't. I also couldn't tell if the service provider broke the flange because they closed the door for a little while after it was open initially. They said they could warranty the product but not the work because the flange was broken and it would cost $450 to fix it. They were apologetic and nice enough but that didn't fix my issue

I cancelled the work because of length of time to get the parts and come back I picked up the parts and installed 30 minutes, total cost for kit 15.00

Although there were obstacles in the installation and a different replacement stem of the Frost Free faucet was required, the technician over came all the issues and did an excellent job.

I was pleased by the prompt response (very late in the evening) from Sal directly. Unfortunately the coupon did not cover the service I was requesting and a refund was promptly issued. I will definitely deal with them in the future.

Total job was a little long as some parts did not function properly and had to be replaced. Installation looks like a high quality job - did not appear to cut any corners - and - so far - the units are working very well.

Setting up the appointment and getting the job done went smoothly and professionally.

They successfully cleared the drains despite breaking an electric snake - the drain had not been used for several years.

They did a really nice job. They are going to be my plumber from now on. They aren't cheap, but if you want the job done right, that's what you pay. They know what they are talking about. I didn't feel cheated. I have paid for more expensive plumbers that didn't do such a good job, they just took the money and ran. All of the plumbers were pleasant and would work the entire time they were here.They kept me informed on when they were going to be coming back to complete the jobs.

Called to let me know that they were on the way over. Arrived and completed the task without any issues. Both guys were very personable and efficient.

Very nice and helpful technician. Answered any questions I had about my older unit. I was unable to use the coupon I had bought due to the type of service needed so the cost of the coupon was deducted from the bill. They were very accommodating in this respect without any hassles of trying to cancel the service and rebook, etc.

It went very well. The only problem was each turn off valve cost about $49.00. That was more expensive than I expected. If I knew more I could have asked for less expensive turn off valves. Very professional and courteous.
