All was done very professionally and as asked. Cleaned out a totally clogged basement drain. The two guys kept at it from start to finish and got the job done. They even went over the one hour but still charged the advertised $99. Well done.

The service was done in an acceptable amount of time and the serviceman was very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. I was very pleased.

The tech that comes to my house from Sal's is always friendly and knowledgeable. He was on time and performed work as expected. He also cleaned out the condenser outside that had a few years of mulch build up and let me know there was a leak in the refrigerant line. If new AC prices are competitive, I would consider them to replace the system in about 2 years.

They did a nice job. They were neat and took the old pump with them. Nice clean professional job.

I guess they did the best they could. They were installing my sink and I felt like it took them longer because they didn't quite know how to do the faucets and didn't have a part that I needed to complete the job. They told me Monday, just Monday, no window, no nothing. Then a quarter after seven, somebody called, I didn't recognize the number so I wouldn't answer the phone. I was upstairs, when I came down, I saw a message from them. They were already going to the condo which I don't live at. I am glad they came early but they didn't have a lot of plumbing supplies.

They called me an hour before they came as to when they would be here. The service man explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He was done in less than an hour. I would definitely use Sal's again and I have done so in the past.

Went great. Serviceman was prompt courteous and knowledgeable.

This was an Angies List Big Deal. Plumber arrived with an apprentice. They got straight to work and quickly cleared the plug.

The plumber showed up on time, did the work, installed hand held shower I had purchased and advised to replace faucet due to age. Did and same faucet was half online, but at least done.

It took about a week to get the plumber there, which I felt was a long time to go without a working sink/ dishwasher. They also wouldn't give a window for the time that the plumber would come, even on the day of service, which I consider unreasonable. On one day they called and said they were able to come in 1/2 hour but we weren't at home, so they said they would try again the next day. They were able to snake the drain, but had to replace a part, which seemed reasonable. The drain worked afterwords, but we noticed a puddle at the cleanout that they had used in the basement. I thought it was a poor clean up, but when we checked a week later, there was another puddle, and there had been leaking under our sink as well. I called it in, and it took another 5 days or so to get someone to come out. Again, no window of time was given for when they would come. Some parts hadn't been tightened sufficiently, and another part was cracked (can't remember which). We paid for the replacement parts, but not for service on the second call. Both times the plumbers were friendly and professional, and explained what was happening. The work ended up being fine, we don't have any current problems. My biggest frustration was the delay in service and refusal to give at least a window during which they would arrive. I should also note that at the initial visit they replaced the flange on an upstairs toilet, which we had scheduled at the same time, and paid for separately. That was successful on the first try.

Great, the provider was punctual and the new facuets are excellent.

They did a good job including getting the required city permit; Sal's personnel are always professional and do very good work.

The serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and took care of all my AC needs. He removed landscaping debris from around my outside AC unit and thoroughly cleaned everything. I am happy with the work.

It was quick and simple, although I didn't know what to expect, so I don't know how complete it was.

They came out when scheduled, were done in a reasonable amount of time, and cleaned up after themselves. Very Professional.

Everything went great. He was on time, made it here before me. He evaluated the faucet and then went to work, he was done in about 30 minutes.

Arrived on time, was very professional and took care of the problem. The gentlemen that came was so nice, he had to go to Home Depot to get parts, the job took way longer than he or I expected, but he never complained. I highly recommend this company!

Two men came but most work was competed by one. Given that all work was under a kitchen sink, that made sense. He was knowledgeable and able to reconfigure plumbing to make the new sink work.

the A/C was installed by the previous owner in june of 2010. the elderly owner at that time died 4 months later, and the house sat empty for 3 years, so the system had almost no use on it. I bought the house in 2013 and noticed that the system was not really cooling that much. since I rarely use A/C, I didn't think much about it. in June 2015 when I saw the $79 special, I bought it to at least get an inspection of the system. the tech added refrigerant, and also said that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced. This is at least a $400-500 job. I declined. the few times I have use the A/C this summer, it has been fine.

Provided the service as purchased, and even tightened other air duct seals to stop a rattle that had been occurring for years. We were pleased.

Bought this as a deal on Angies List and can't remember how much it cost - it appeared that they had accomplished the job of fixing the leak bathtub faucet in my guest bath - unfortunately, after hosting several people since the repair, I had my first honest guest (my sister!) who told me that my hot water and cold water were not connected - as in, either the water was on hot or on cold and no in between. This was not an issue before they repaired the leak. Need to find a different plumber who can really come back and fix my problem.

We used another company for an AC tune-up prior to the summer (deal bought on Angies list). Our AC was working prior to the person coming to the home, but while the guy was there he said there was something wrong with the system and that we would need a new AC unit. I contact Sal's for a 2nd opinion as we had used them in the past. I bought a $30 AC check on Angies list and they were out within a few hours. The technician immediately noticed that the unit had been hooked up incorrectly after the previous company came out. He fixed it, did a check and repaired one loose wire. Our AC unit has worked the entire summer without problems. Both times we have used Sal's the techs were out within hours, were knowledgeable and friendly and provided the service immediately and at a reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

The technician came and did everything perfectly. He was late for his appointment by an hour or so. That is the only thing we can complain about. Else, he was knowledgeable and friendly.
