I had to cancel as my septic tank imploded

Phil arrived promptly and introduced self. He explained the service that would be provided and approximate time line. Tune up went well and no further service was needed on the units. During our discussion I mentioned that an outside faucet water line burst this Spring and I would appreciate an estimate. Phil checked out the problem, took measurements, gave me an estimate and said he had some time to spare and could do it immediately. The estimate was very reasonable compared to other plumbing services. Phil fixed the broken line and installed a new faucet. It looks and works great. Thanks for your services! It was the best price out of everywhere I had gone. I think what they need to do is to make sure that they are following the standards of the city because I had to call somebody back twice because I had it inspected and it didn't pass the inspection. It was just a big hustle.

This was another coupon from Angie's List. My toilet is backing up again. I have to call somebody back. I'm waiting to see if its going to break or not. I might just call them and tell them and tell them to see what they say or give me a deal or something.

It took 2 hrs. to fix everything, from fixing the outside facet and the bathroom sink.

They manually dug out some gunk from the drain, then used a motorized snake. At first, the drain wasn't completely clear. They went to a slightly more powerful snake, and that did the trick. Took about an hour, and hasn't been a problem since.

The new faucet was not soldered properly in the basement, leading to a flooded finished basement. They did hire a company, Coit to come and dry it out; unfortunately the basement still smells of mildew after this incident and damaged drywall was not replaced.

It was between $3000 and $3500. We're retired. They took half down and then they took the other half in monthly increments for a year.

The new handles work fine, and look fine. But the work area was not well tidied after the job and the access panel cover used was too small for our opening. It's in a closet, so not on view, but we weren't comfortable having this opening in the closet that things might fall through, so my husband ended up rigging up a different cover. I think it's important to note that a deal like the one we bought - a fixed price for any one of several services - has got to be a tough thing for a service provider to deal with. And the person who did the work expressed concern that the setup in our bathtub was not quite standard or what he was expecting. My impression is that if you used this provider for a more standard service (not through a fixed price coupon) or if your setup is more standard than ours, you would have a better experience. I also want to acknowledge that we never contacted the provider to express any dissatisfaction. We felt the result was good enough given the low price we paid.

It was fine. He came right on time. There were two guys that came in. They got it done quick like a bunny. It was very satisfactory. They stuck to the deal. They did exactly what I asked them to and what I expected. Their responsiveness was good. I would absolutely use them in the future. They showed up on time which is very important to me. They introduced themselves so I knew exactly who was coming in my home. They were very professional. They did a really good job. They were terrific. I'm very satisfied.

Worker showed up on time, did his job quick and efficiently, cleaned up when he was done and out the door within an hour.

The guys that came asked me a lot of plumbing questions and didn't seem to know what they were doing. They were here for 3 hours and said they were all done but didn't test that they installed everything correctly. Turns out they didn't hook up the dishwasher right so I had to call back later that night. Got a call on Sat. saying they would call me back with a time to come out. They never called back. After 2 days, I called them. They came out, tested and still couldn't fix or give me an explanation. They then wanted to charge me for not installing and verifying the install the previous week which is why the new people had to come. I talked to the owner and he was extremely insulting. My wife and kids could here him over the phone. Extremely unprofessional. He said things like, "so you are a plumber?", "you don't know what you're talking about"... Needless to say, I will not be doing business with this company again!

They were on time, cleaned and checked everything. This is our second year signing up with them for an annual contract. We like them much better than the previous company we had used because they are very thorough and more professional. We purchased a contract for our daughter in law last year also. We definitely recommend them.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from this company with the Angie's coupon. The repairman did a thorough inspection. Per my service order receipt he checked the volts, amps connector, capacitor, filter, pressures, drain and coils. He found it was under charged and added one pound of 410A refrigerant. My coupon was for $59.00 for the inspection and $37.20 for the repair.

He came alone, on time, and with a small snake but he couldn't get the drain cleaned by himself. He said that for my drain to be cleaned, it would cost $450 because it needed to be hydro-washed. So, on the weekend and with the help of my brother, I rented for $50.00, a commercial snake from the Home Depot with several end attachments and a 100-ft line. At 90ft in, we hit the clog and felt a bit of a pop and then all the water in my basement disappeared. My only complaint about Sal's is that the plumber came alone. If he brought an assistant/apprentice, he could have used the correct snake (which I'm sure he had on his truck) and just gotten the job done. A commercial snake is bulky, odd, and weighs over 120lb pounds so two people have to lift it. There was no way that he was going to solve my drain issue by himself, he knew this...but at least he tried. Again, he was at my home for an hour so he earned his pay. Would I use this service again for a clogged drain? Probably not. Would I use Sal's again for plumbing work? Yes.

Sales was the contractor making the offer. Two of their techs. showed up on time and did a VERY PROFESSIONAL job and did it quickly. I had a minor problem in January of 2016 and they responded within 24 hours (I called on Monday and they were here on Tuesday). I told them that it was not an emergency but they were here in a hurry any way. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their technician stayed until he was sure that the problem was fixed. MANY THANKS
