Incredibly terrific! They were a few minutes early. Cleaned up, and extremely kind. They took care of 3 jobs within the time alotted on the Big Deal. They were wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Good. It was pretty straight-forward. They showed up, they explained to me what they were going to do, and then they did it. It was pretty simple.

They came over and performed a diagnosis. They did exactly what they said they would do, but the quote ended up being too high.They wanted to replace my unit. I went with another company.

I experienced a major power outage the first week of the new year (01-07-15) when we had sub zero temperatures and high blowing winds. I lost power to my entire house for approximately 3-4 hours and when the power returned my furnace would not go on? I performed some basic heating checks that past heating techs taught me and nothing worked. I contacted Sal's for service and was told I was in line for service, but that they would keep me informed on my status for a repairmen coming out. I asked what the cost was for service and was told $79.00 plus parts and labor which I thought was reasonable due to the current state of affairs with the weather. As time went by I was called twice about my due date for a serviceman coming out to repair my furnace, reassuring me that someone would be there to fix my furnace that evening no matter the time. As luck would have it my furnace went on after four hours all by itself for no reason and the temp in my house was 61-DEGREES. I immediately contacted Sal's about what happened and was told that since the serviceman did not leave there would be N/C and they would be available the rest of the evening if something else occurred. They did not try and take advantage of me and was not upset that I canceled the call. I appreciate their honesty, caring and professionalism. They will always be by first call for service and I highly recommend them.

It turned out fine. He came and told us what we needed to do to get our problems fixed. I can't remember him being late.

The service turned out fine. The scheduling was fine, they came out in a couple of weeks. They're reasonably priced.

I had two different two person crews come out and attempt to snake a drain. Both groups were very courteous and seemed as is they wanted to help me. Ultimately, after a lot of effort they were unable to get through the clog and the basement slab had to be broken and the pipe repaired, which I decided to do myself due to price concerns. While they were not able to fix my problems I feel as if they truly wanted to help and will use them again if something happens in the future.

I really love this company; they are outstanding. They are very professional, accommodating, and understanding. Their customer service is great and I have nothing bad to say about them.

The guy made me wait. He gave me a time frame and then he made me wait another 5 hours. Then it took forever to do his work. The punctuality was a big issue and very frustrating. He called several times and delayed it. I ended up waiting for 10 hours from where I was seeing. He came on the day of schedule. He was not on time. He seems slow, but he was thorough. They did the job.

They were professional and they did a good job. He was really knowledgeable about the HVAC. He didn't try to sell work, he recommended that we do something in the spring for our air conditioning which we really appreciated.

I called them, they came next day, they installed immediately. Very friendly and professional. Made me feel like family.
