For $69 this was a no -brainer to get done. Sal's did a great job. I had a hose attached very tightly to the old outside faucet, and the installer cut it off and installed a new faucet. In less than 15 minutes. Works perfect too! Great job!!

They arrived on time. Completed the job in a timely manner. Had the new tank delivered quickly. Same day service was much appreciated.

We needed to install a whole home humidifier, Sal's was the most competitive price. I called on Wednesday they installed on Friday, everything went great. The installer was very professional, did a great job. I will be using Sal's for my HVAC needs in the future.

Great service, easy to schedule, and unbeatable service. When my regular HVAC contractor told me I'd have to wait 2 months for a service check, I went to Angie's list for a new provider. I was skeptical because the price advertised for both a heating and coolingcheckup were less than what my normal guy charges for one. I was able to schedule the appointment when it was convenient for me and in only a couple of days. The technician arrived on time, was super friendly. He didn't try to add services, spent a lot of time explaining what he was going to do, and even turned down work I asked him to do because he said it didn't need doing. I will always use these guys in the future.

It went great, we were warned up front of what he was going to do, and given options and then we could choose what we wanted. It was a really good experience.

Richie was prompt, very friendly, and efficient. He took extra care to close and lock our baby gate when he went in and out, which was highly appreciated. He took the time to explain the new humidifier to me and even took extra time to discuss smart thermostats (at my request). Scheduling was very easy. They were available at the day and time I requested, which by the way was with only two days' notice. I'm very satisfied with the product, price, and service.

Appt was set up easy enough and they showed up on time - all started good.. Thenk I almost fell off my chair when I heard how much it would be to get the faucet replaced. I didnt buy it and sent them on thier way. Found the parts myself on E-Bay for $80 and will have someone out to finish it up (1 hour job at most)

I bought a faucet where the water had to be shut off in the winter. I had to have them install a frost free faucet.

We got a humidifier and it is working. He is a good guy.

They are great. I have used them for a couple of years and I have always had a really good experience with them. It was easy to get an appointment for them to come out when I wanted them to. There was no additional charge to the $79 Big Deal. There were no issues with them being late. Actually, I think they called and came early. They were very professional and courteous. They were wonderful to work with. The price was very good. I will be using them again because I bought the two parts and I would anyway.

It went great. The service person arrived, on time, and got started. He found that everything was fine, but the unit was not turning on. He said it might be the condenser, but he spent time working on it and found that a wire had been chewed through. What could have been costly was easy to repair. He found a few other minor issues that could be corrected. He took the time to go over everything with me. This was a great good experience and they did a great job.

The faucet was replaced. The workers that came to my house on time and got the faucet replaced. They started and I left them to it. The faucet pipe that needed replaced was in my basement. I was unaware of the process required to do this. They needed to replace a piece of the pipe in the basement. I'm fine with that, but this pipe was over a shelf that has my printer on it. They did not cover or move the printer or asked me to do it. After they left I found dust and other debris all over and in my printer. The faucet they replaced also has a ground attached to when the started. I asked that it be put back on once they had replaced the faucet. Knowing that it needed to be put back on I assumed that the replacement would be at least the necessary length for this. They did replace the faucet, but the pipe and faucet they put on were much shorter than the original. Once they put the ground back on there is barely enough room to turn the faucet on with small hands. The service was completed, but I think with little care or concern about my property or the functionally of the the finished work. I have used this company for other thins and have had a great experience. This puts a bit of hesitation in my choice when selecting some for future work. It might have been an isolated incidence, but it makes me weary about choosing them for certain projects.

They made their first visit in June for our air conditioning and the second visit was in September for our furnace. The service was great.

That was a long time ago and that was fine. I did not have to pay more than the $79 big deal. They were very nice company to work with. They were very responsive and very pleasant on the telephone. The people who came were extremely responsive and very nice. So I was very happy with them. The previous visit they had, when they checked my storm source, also went perfect. Their two visits were excellent. The people I talked with on the telephone were also the people who came into my house.

When they came out, they told me the deal I purchased it was a not for a frost free faucet. They told me it is going to be $220 to install the one that I would need. A few years earlier I had purchased a frost free faucet for about $135. They guys who came out were friendly and they did well at the insulation, but I did have to pay extra, about $180 as appose to the $69 deal.

It went great and I had no problems at all. They showed up on time and cleaned up.

The guy came out and he was very good. He came out and fixed a hot water heater for me. It still works to this day. Also I talked to the lady at the front desk and she was helpful in letting me know how to best use the deal.

I had a leaking toilet, which was on a slab. The plumber’s name was Red, he was a very energetic young man and quite innovative. He did inform me how difficult this job would be, but he came up with a great fix for this! He was here for a few hours working and worked very hard, he did a fantastic job fixing this. When he was done there was no lea and is still leak free! I am definitely asking for Red in the future when I contact them.

There was some confusion as to my address which seemed odd considering its on the paypal payment(which they might not see), however there is also a scheduling feature on angies list which does not seem to work for them which also included my address. The company called to verify my address twice and for some reason did not get it correct, that aside they did show up, apologized, and got right to work. The gentlemen that arrived were very knowledgeable considering this is a 100 year old house. They were courteous. The sink I have is not made anymore and has proprietary parts which are also not made anymore. They also took the time to show me the damaged pieces. That being said they made a trip to home depot and got the best solution they could and implemented it as well as informed me as to a location that may still have the part I need. The solution is not 100%(due to the parts not being made anymore) but definitely a significant improvement and both the toilet and sink are now fully usable and will last until I replace the whole bathroom. I would also like to add they were very observant and noticed a leak downstairs and fixed it, as well as a faulty hose thing on the toilet that was leaking and they replaced it.

Service provider came on time. Very courteous and amiable. Great service. Great price. Can't beat the price for both Heating and Cooling check-up. Obviously, if anything needed replaced, that would be an additional cost. At the time of this service, we did not need anything additional.

They worked out fine. I like it because there was a good price and I didn’t dislike anything. The quality of work was great and the professionalism was excellent.

It went good for us. Everything went well. There were no other extra charges other than the big deal. The service was good. They came in and they were efficient.

Generally service was good. The supervisor(Joe) was very knowledgeable and worked to make sure things were right. The second guy on the job was a rookie, this being his 3rd day on the job. Although I understand that rookies need to learn the tricks of the trade, this guy had no clue about tools or even general concepts about house work. It took him 3 tries to get the correct drain PVC pipe from the truck. He didn't know the difference between a right angle and 45 degree elbow. I asked him to hand me a flat head screwdriver and he said, "A flat head or a screwdriver?" I don't want to say too many bad things. Joe did an excellent job at keeping his cool and calmly trying to educate the guy. I would hire a team from Sal's again, but would request a team that has 2 experienced techs.
