Performed the install, took time to show me how to operate the system, and then finished cleaning, including sweeping the floor so no metal shards would get in our pet's paws. FANATSTIC service and so far, very happy with the product!

+ 0 moreThey had done some additional work and I think they charged me little bit too high. They did a good job, but they charged me more than I would have gotten if I used another company. The workmanship was fine.
Description of Work: I purchased Sal's Heating & Cooling Big Deal purchase in November. They installed an air sump pump, snaked, redrained and they installed tub down at like utility tub in the laundry room. They put a seal on a plumbing stack and they redid some piping for me so they had a section of old copper pipes and they installed pretty significant, not a huge, copper pipe in at the end of the basement towards the washer and dryer. I have two dryer exhausting and they basically put new dryer exhaust going from basement through to the outside window.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 2 hours of plumbing labor. The downstairs bathroom faucet was coming lose from the sink, he restore it to its original position and sealed it, worked on the kitchen sink, and in the upstairs bathroom he fixed the pipe so I could take a bath.

Had to go back to the shop to get another guy to help and pick up new equipment. Returned within expected timeframe. Finished on time -- not even an evening without hot water! Guys were very respectful, professional and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend and use again.
