They were fine. They came out really quick, I think it was within a week. The only thing I didn't like about them was that you had to be home.

Plumber arrived on time, covered his shoes before walking into the house. He tackled the first problem which was removing the cartridge in the shower. He moved onto problem 2 - a leaky faucet in the basement. Finished with a leaky faucet in the laundry room. All wrapped up in one hour. He was polite and knowledgeable.

While he was very friendly he seemed more interested in selling a new furnace, than getting us heat. The blower he explained should be replaced as well. We can't understand why a $10 part on Amazon ( $5 -$8 from other venders ) costs a WHOPPING $ 250.00 because of "emergency pricing-after4pm". Not only that , even if you are an Angie's List member, have a coupon from Sal's himself, this does not matter as it is discovered after you return home from work. I'm just sayin...... Do you know what would happen if my employer marked up it's 10 Dollar items up 2500%???? That's right , we would be out of business. $80 for the emergency service call is fair but the mark up NOT. We understand the technician was in contact with someone at the office and that the prices were not coming "from him" . We have used Sal's in the past and been very pleased ,but will think twice next time. The actual price was $255 w installation, I allowed 45 seconds for the install. Yeah I know, but we have 2,330 A ratings you must be wrong sir. Not today.

They were prompt and professional. We were happy with there service.

Well the first time they didnt show up until 5:15 p.m. so my husband cancelled because he had worked himself into a lather after waiting all day and was afraid he was going to have to pay PREMIUM So they showed up the following week.(at 10:00) but didn't start work until 10:40 because he (Jerry) was sent with the wrong crimpers even though we said when we signed up that we had PEX .The whole job really took 45 min Jerry, unfortunately overlooked that we indeed had the second shut off valve because he was so hot to get to Home Depot for a shut off valve we didn't even need ( we had one,we were prepared!!) Then charged us 24.00 for a shut off valve (gone for an hour) I assumed because he was gone for so long he was either helping a coworker in the neighborhood (the guy that brought the crimpers that were needed for the job at our house) or had an errand.Finally, the job was complete at 12:40

The service was great. We have used them multiple times and we have never had an issue. I did not pay an additional amount.

They did okay. I called them because I needed some things done because my husband was not able to do them. I would not use them again, because I don't think they knew what they were doing. The pricing was fine.

Overall, it went very well. I was told it would be a two day job, but four guys showed up and did everything in one day.

They did good work. I had to pay an additional $250 for an upgrade to an American Standard furnace.

Bought the deal stating "$99 for 1 hour of drain cleaning". Called to schedule and told them I had a couple of drains that needed cleaning. They told me the deal only covers one drain even if it takes less than 1 hour to do. No where in the fine print does it state there is a limit to the number of drains. I mentioned this to them and that the reason I specifically bought from their company was that there wasn't a drain limit listed. They spoke to the manager who was unwilling to accommodate so I let them know not to schedule and that I would be requesting a refund, which they were okay with. No harm (other than the time it took to buy, call, and fill out a refund request) they just need to clarify their deal.

Their response from start to finish with was less than 24 hrs. They were very clean and wore booties to protect our floors. They were an A+ provider to work with.

It was fine. It was a positive experience generally. They put their sticker on the furnace on top of our previous furnace records which we weren't very happy with. Otherwise it was an ok experience.

The serviceman was prompt and performed the service in a timely and efficient manner. We will be calling on them again in the Spring of 2015.

It went very well, they called as promised prior to arrival and showed up when they said they would. They were very professional, wore shoe covers, got the disposal installed, cleaned up and left. Exactly what you would expect from a good service provider.

Like a Dream! Initially, John stopped over to see where/what we wanted done. Even offered to assist us in moving items away from the old hot water heater to allow them access. Within a week [due to our schedule] they were there to start the work. All representatives who showed up were very congenial; when I called my husband to see how things were going, he said he was very pleased to note the guys were quite knowledgeable about what they were doing. They completely cleaned up after themselves; the place actually looked better after they left! We have had a bit of trouble with the shower stall leaking; however, a representative has been out to the house twice - within 24 hours of our calls - and attempted to rectify the problem. They are on top of the situation, and vowed they wouldn't stop until they were able to finish the job to our satisfaction. Great service; we would highly recommend them.
