I used it within a week. I have used them several times now. The results have been good. They can see me quickly, and I trust them. I would use them again.

The experience was terrible. He came in and I was having problem with my sink not draining, he gave me a big speech and telling me to do this and that and telling me that I need more stuff done for $2000. When they come in they don’t try to do the job, they give you an estimate for a hundred other thing you don’t need. They saw something dripping in the basement so they asked me to turn the faucet in the bathroom on. Now I was in my kitchen and the water overflowed and when I was in the kitchen the water was pouring out of my ceiling. Even now my ceiling had a big water stain and it is ruined. I called the again and talk to them and the guy was yelling. I felt intimated and I was afraid of him. When the owner called and checked up on me, I would give him an A.

Used Angie's list to install the whole house humidifier. Installation was done promptly and on time without any issues.

The service man was prompt, knowledgable, and courteous.

The installation took 2 days which was fine. The following night there was no heat in the house. I called the office , which was a Saturday and was told no work is done on warranty products after business hours stated in the contract. On Monday, someone came out and found the furnace was not connected properly. So there was heat until cool weather set in again about a week later. Called again and someone came out to find that the refrigerant was not enough and fixed that. Warm heat until today another Saturday. So will wait until Monday to call for another service call. Another problem was no inspection of work done. This company charged me for the permit but never pulled the permit until I called city hall for an inspection.. Almost a month later and still not inspection. I also had to call for the financial agreement . I will have to stay with this company until the warrantee is over which will be ten years. But will I trust their work???? If at all possible shop around for installers and don't believe everything on the websites. Unfortunately, with this kind of equipment there is no shopping around. I went with this company because I had them out several times to inspect the old equipment so thought they were all right. The inspector was out today to finish the inspection of 4 violations. Everything was fine. This was done today on April 21, 2015. I just read your comments. You will not fix warranty calls on none business hours. City permit not pulled until I called for the first inspection through city hall per instructions from your office. You did not call me to set up appointments for the inspection You pulled the permit and paid for it on March 25.

Last Fall they did the furnace clean and check. All went well. Today they came to do the A/C clean and check. All went well. They did a thorough job both times and the price cannot be beat.

I've been quite happy with the company. They showed on time, did a quality job, and responded quickly. Ultimately, I'll continue to use the company's services.

The first guy came out and was here for a long time. I was not happy with his work. I called company and talked to a few people there. It turned out that I needed a new furnace. They ended up giving me a good deal on the furnace for the trouble on the first visit. They also credited the price of the first visit.

They were professional, neat, and courteous.

It is not that good to me. The whole process was not a good experience, because it was not what I understood in the description, and he was offering something else. He may have a good explanation for the description and probably he could understand, but a consumer like me wouldn't. I did not get the service done, I had it discontinued. After I placed the order, the communication lasted for about 3 weeks. He explained to me that it was a replacement, so to a layman, a replacement and new installation was two different things, but to him it was the same thing. It was very unsuccessful, and the experience was not good. The pricing was good if it is actually fixed. We did a lot of communication through email, but the phone calls were not reliable, because there are a lot of people there who did not know about the product, but when I sent an email, everything was responded by Sal, so emails were good.

On time, good job, no problems.

They told me they would only do water related services.

Installation was quick and painless. Happy with the price, performance and appearance.

I purchased the $99 deal for doing some routine snaking of the drains in my 1940's house. The deal was for one hour of service but I elected to pay extra to have him do all of the drains. He was very professional, on-time, and the service was excellent.

The plumber and helper were on time and very professional. Explained the work, installed the tank and gas line, removed the old tank and cleaned up. They did a complete review of the operation of the new tank, pilot lighting if necessary, and annual maintenance/draining. Since this was a gas replacement for an electric tank, a building permit had also been issued and the installation was inspected and passed. The new tank is a nice improvement in hot water and operating cost over electric. I was aware of Sal's from Angie's List, but needed a larger tank plus gas line installation not covered in any advertised specials. The cost and service were excellent and I would recommend to anyone.

Great - Very easy to schedule. They showed up when they were supposed to. Customer service reps were friendly. Technician was professional, but friendly. He explained everything to me on the humidifier when he was done.

I will not recommend them at all. We were very disappointed. They turned off our heating in December and they never showed up before ten o?clock. They worked two days, the second day they came at ten and spent an hour on the driveway, never came in to the house and said they were doing some paper work for their boss and then they left and we were without heat for four days. When we woke up Wednesday morning and we had no heat and nobody came out until two in the afternoon. I just feel that if you put in a new broiler, you take it out in the morning and put it back within the day. We did not have heat for four days and they just came late and left early. They just did not take care of it. And when they came on Monday, stayed for half hour and a half then left for a part. When they came back at one o?clock they stayed in the driveway until two o?clock then left. I don?t get it. I think they can improve on showing up early and getting the job done. They said that they had to drive somewhere to pick up the broiler that is why they were late the first day but to me they should have picked it up on a Saturday. They always have an excuse and it was just crazy. On the third day we did not have heat because of some faulty part on the broiler that they have ordered. So they came back and we had to wait three weeks for them to come out and replace the part.

Aprilaire 600 whole house humidifier installed today. Employee came out installed in about 2 hours. Fantastic work. I am very pleased would highly recommend this service you will not find this product for that price with that quality of customer service anywhere. Thanks to sals. My installer was Kurt. He was very knowledgable and very good at what he does thanks again

They arrived on time and were very professional. They explained what they were doing and tested the product upon completion. They also completed another project for me.
