The serviceman Zack did a GREAT job on the servicing of my Air Conditioner. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me some suggestions for future considerations as well. I believe he went over and above and and I am very pleased with his work. I had good serviceman from Sal's before but he was outstanding. Thank you Zack for a job very well done, and Sal for having him as your employee.

The two outdoor faucets were replaced but it took a little longer than they estimated. The solder joints on the one pipe would not take and they ended up draining the hot water tank and vacuuming the line to get the solder to take. They were very professional, wore covers on their shoes while inside the house and discussed openly the problems they were having. I was happy with the finished product. I would use them again.

Friendly. Clean equipment. Had necessary parts on truck but we're not needed. Did not waste time but went right to work. Asked if needed bucket before entering. I was skeptical about low prices as featured on Angie List deals. Men did recommend services but did not make a hard push sale. Made sure I was aware of what was "warranty " of their work. No surprises at all. Time between I purchased deal and completion of work was 5 hours.

technicians arrived at stated time. While I did not have them replace the fauctet as the coupon stated, they were able to fix the problem and honored the value of the coupon as payment.

On time respected the property (covered floors, shoes,etc) very neat work done in good time hauled all trash away friendly explained how it works and what we need to do seasonally

They guys who came out were very friendly and professional. They did a great job. They even had to purchase extra parts and returned promptly to finish the job. Hose faucet no longer leaks!

Bought $69 outdoor faucet replacement coupon from Angie's List. The plumber told me that frost-free faucets are actually $185. So, I paid the difference plus had him do another while he was at it. ($185 x 2) - $69 Coupon + 24.08 tax = $325.08 bill, but adding the $69 Angie's List coupon back in makes the total = $394.08 for 2 outdoor frost-free faucet replacements. The plumber, Roy, was a really nice guy. He got the job done and was very quick, efficient and thorough. I am happy with the service, and the cost was probably standard. Just don't be deceived that the coupon price is for frost-free faucets - the coupon did not state that when I purchased it (hopefully, that information will be added at some point instead of leaving the coupon deceptive).

Service was quick and workers were professional in nature. New toilet looks and works great. My only criticism was that the technicians did not call in advance of their arrival at my house. They claimed they did not have a phone number for me, but I provided a number to the receptionist when I scheduled the service. Otherwise, the work was done quickly and without any problems.

Beware of this company. They came to my house three times in one week to try to identify a problem which turned out to be roots in the line. They snaked every possible entry because they tried to figure out why the water wasn't flowing. They would snake just enough roots out so the water would run while they were here, but within a day, it was backing up again. They used the camera and showed me "the pipe was broken about 13 feet into" my finished basement and wrote a work order to jack hammer open my basement floor. Beginning estimate was 2400.00 They put a camera in the pipe and "showed" me where the pipe was busted. I saw the blockage with my own eyes. I was already 389.00 in to trying to find the problem. I told the guys I would get a second opinion before taking on such a big project. Killeen plumbing came to my house for the second opinion. They used their camera to identify roots that weren't removed. They said we did not have a busted pipe and guaranteed their work. Its been a month and we don't have any problems. I called Sals to ask them for a refund because they didn't do what I had paid 389. for (not to mention 3 times off work). They didn't call me back right away so a week later, I called them. There first response was to defend their recommendation of busting open the floor was, they didn't use the camera. I was standing right there! Then after they said they would call back again, a week later, I called them. Finally a returned call with an offer of a 50.00 refund and a service call of some type. I gave them a 'D' because they were responsive and the plumbers were courteous.

I called Sals the next day after paying for the deal on Angie's list. They were able to make the appointment that week. They came on time and were great. The two men who came to install the toilet were very professional and friendly. They installed the toilet in about half hour and disposed of the old toilet. They did good job cleaning up. I could not have asked for more.

No complaints. Would have preferred to have a better appointment window, rather sometime between 8-5, otherwise was fine.

Once again Sals proved that they are above and beyond any other HVAC dealer that I have dealt with in my 60 years. Friendly tech on time went about his business when finished explained what he did and the results of his findings. Love Sals they are my hometown HVAC dealer and as I have stated before they have earned my loyalty. Another job well done Sals.

It was great! We were happy with the work, and they were very helpful.

They were great! Our house is almost 100 years old and the drain had several turns. They worked until they figured out where it was clogged. We have had it cleaned several times and they found packed roots that had clearly been there for longer than our last cleaning. They also taught me about draining systems. I will be calling them again! I used a deal coupon and it was a great price!

They arrived when they said they would and they got the job at a reasonable amount of time. They're present their selves well and they're polite. I've used them before.

That went well. It was good. They gave me some tips on maintenance for it. They do the work well and I don't have any problems with everything they've done. They know what to do and they were right the first time.

The Sal's special on the outdoor faucet was not so great. They came and they didn't have much supply. They just kind of threw on whatever they had in their truck. I'm really not very satisfied with it. I'm going to have the faucet redone this summer. The guys were great. They were professional and prompt but they didn't have much equipment on their truck. It was the only one they had. It doesn't really fit on my house. They had to make it fit. It looks terrible and it didn't work well for me. The price was fine. They were on time. I have no fault with the workers but just with the product.

Service was for an emergency shutoff valve for water supply line. I didn't need that exactly and explained to Anthony that I needed to be able to turn off the supply line to my back outdoor faucet. Now, it was in a very difficult place to reach above a drop ceiling. In the fall I turn off outside water lines so they don't freeze over the winter. (glad I did this winter) I showed him a place closer to the back of the house in the basement where the drop ceiling gave easier access. He separated the connection there and put in a flat valve handle that just needs to turn 90 degrees to turn off & on. It replaced the round handle type I had that was too hard to reach & turn off really tight. My life will be much easier now thanks to Anthony's good work.

Everything went very smoothly and professionally from scheduling to service call. Jerry was great. Would use Sal's again.
