Description of Work: RECENTLY PURCHASED HOME; CREW COMPLETELY REMOVED EXISTING PLANTS AND WEEDED 3 LARGE BACKYARD AREAS THAT HAD 18 YEARS OF GROWTH. MEN WERE COURTEOUS AND HARD-WORKING. WILL HIRE AGAIN TO COMPLETE FRONT YARD CLEAN UP AND DESIGN PATIO AREA. COMPANY WAS WILLING TO COME OUT TO PARMA HEIGHTS TO PERFORM WORK. ED (SALES REP) WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND HAD CREW PERFORM WORK EXACTLY AS DISCUSSED.

Description of Work: LIFESTYLE LANDSCAPING INDICATES ON THEIR WEB SITE THAT THEY PERFORM LANDSCAPE DESIGN AND THEY ALSO INDICATED THAT THEY PERFORMED LANDSCAPE DESIGN WHEN I PHONED THEIR OFFICE TO SET UP THE APPOINTMENT. WHEN THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE CAME TO OUR HOME, THE GENTLEMAN INDICATED THAT THEY ONLY DO A DESIGN IF THEY DO ALL OF THE PLANT PURCHASING AND INSTALLATION. THEY SHOULD UPDATE THEIR WEB SITE AND MARKETING LITERATURE TO INDICATE THAT THEY DO NOT PERFORM LANDSCAPE DESIGN.
