All Mark Fence

Description of Work: HAD FENCE DAMAGE DUE TO HURRICANE SANDY. NEEDED 2/3 OF BACK YARD WOOD FENCE REPLACED. MARK CAME OUT LOOKED AT JOB OFFERED CHOICES AND SUGGESTIONS AND GAVE ESTIMATE. GOT ESTIMATE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AS WELL. DECIDED TO GO WITH MARK. HE REARRANGED HIS JOB SCHEDULE SO HE COULD GET MY JOB STARTED WHILE WEATHER WAS STILL COOPERATING. HE PUT IN FOOTERS BEFORE WEATHER GOT TOO COLD AND SAID HE WOULD FINISH JOB AS WEATHER PERMITTED. AS SOON AS WEATHER WAS GOING TO BE NICE FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS MARK CALLED AND SAID HE WOULD FINISH JOB. HE CAME ON A SATURDAY MORNING AND BUILT THE FENCE RIGHT THERE. NO PREFABBED PANELS! ALL HAND BUILT IN 1 DAY,GATE INCLUDED. I WAS NOT HOME HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN FOR DEATH IN FAMILY AND WHEN I CAME HOME I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW BEAUTIFUL MY NEW FENCE WAS. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS. MARK DID AN AWESOME JOB AND IF OR WHEN I NEED ANY MORE FENCE WORK DONE I HAVE NO DOUBT THAT I WILL RETURN TO ALL MARK FENCE.

Description of Work: Called All-Mark on 6-7-12 to set up appointment, spoke to Mark, who told me he would be out on 6-8-12 to leave an estimate in the mailbox. I went out of town and when I arrived back I did not notice an estimate as promised so I called Mark on 6-11-12, I spoke to him and he told me he was just too busy to get to it, but would be by on Tuesday to look at the project and leave an estimate. He did stop by on Tuesday, but did not leave an estimate, but a business card with instructions to give him a call. I called him on 6-13, 6-14 and 6-15, left a message each time , and have not received a return phone call. I am amazed how a company that does this to potential customers retains an "A" rating on Angie's List. It calls into question the reliability of the reports. I own a small business and would never even think about treating a potential customer like this. All-Mark's conduct is extremely unprofessional and quite frankly rude. I wasted my time, or better yet, they wasted my time. I now wasted over 1 week 's time waiting for this supposedly highly rated company to produce an estimate and due to this experience have decide to tackle the job myself becuase of time constraints. They need to be honest and upfront with their customers, if they couldn't handle the project or were just too busy they could have just told me that and I would of had no issue with it.

Description of Work: My experience with All Mark fence was fine. I did not go with them to building my fence simply because I received a little better price from another company.

Description of Work: I called "Mark" on a Wednesday 9/15/10 and explained my request, I had two new puppies and wanted a quote on a fence for an area approximately 16 x 30. I was told by Mark he would be able to come out on that Saturday and view the area and give me a quote. He told me Saturday was the only time he had avaliable due to his childrens after school activities etc. He never showed up to my home never called. I left a message on his phone requesting some feedback and never heard back. I called this pm and was told "he" did not think I was in a hurry to get the fence. Not a professional at all, very disappointed he has an A rating on Angies List.

Description of Work: I called and requested a quote. Mark showed up on time for our appointment and was very friendly. Problem is, we never received a quote. He said he would send it through snail mail and we requested it emailed since we're running on a deadline for install. I even called as a reminder when we hadn't received anything. NO response.
