Description of Work: Furnace stopped running. The condensation pump was wired into the furnace rather than separately. When the pump stopped working, it caused the furnace to stop functioning as well. They found the problem in a timely manner and got it fixed. The new pump is now wired separately so that if the pump ever goes out, our tenants will still have heat.
