It was short of a miracle what he was able to do my floor.He returned original call for estimate promptly.Explained during the estimate what he would do and the cost.Scheduled me for three days and called the day before starting.Very punctual.Very professional.

We love him! He is in and out, he is no nonsense, he is efficient, and he is thorough. The prices are reasonable.

They did the work when I moved in to my house. I felt their pricing was incredibly reasonable. My sister had used them before that and I was shocked at how reasonable they were. When she used them, I felt that there was no way her kitchen floor could be salvaged. They refinished it and it looked great. When I used them, they were also very quick. It has been ten years and the flooring still looks fantastic. I will use this company again in the future.

I don't want to say how much I spent with them, but the price was very reasonable. They were professional and they did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased. I definitely have plans to use them in the future.

This was the second time we used Andrew. The first time, we had him install hardwood floors in most of the downstairs of our house and he refinshed the hardwood upstairs. We were so happy with his work, we had him come back and install hardwood in the rest of our house. His work is excelent and his prices are even better. He is not a hardwood installer, but an artist at what he does. he is very responsive, and took care of all of our needs. I only wish I had additional flooring for him to do, but there is no floors left. I recommend Andrew to anyone who wants excellent work at a cheap price.

Andrew as in a previous job does very good work and is extremely timely. He leaves the work area in spotless shape afterwards. He is flexible and willing to go the extra mile. When leaving the last day, he said that if we scratch the floors when moving in call him and he will repair them.

Andrew was flexible with our tight time line. Some areas were easier than others; half the floor was a simply sand-and-refinish while the other half involved removing some flooring adhesive to get down to the hardwood. He took it all off well. To aid drying, he instructed us to leave the windows open which ultimately caused some debris to blow off the window sills and into the polyurethane. I wished he would have cleaned the window sills to prevent this, but otherwise he did a fine job.

Outstanding. Andrew arrived exactly at the time he said he would arrive every day. He did the work quickly and left very little mess behind. The floors turned out beautiful. Andrew put three coats of satin polyurethane sealer on the floors. They look brand new. I accidentally scratched one of the floors while moving some very heavy furniture, and he came and repaired it the following day at no extra charge. He is a very nice man who does good honest work.

ANDREW WAS EXTREMELY PROMPT IN RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND SHOWING UP ON TIME FOR THE ESTIMATE AND ALL STAGES OF THE FLOOR INSTALLATION. HE EVEN ACCOMMODATED A SCHEDULING CHANGE WITH MY KITCHEN REMODELER IN PUTTING DOWN THE LAST COAT OF POLY ON THE MORNING HE WAS FLYING OUT ON A 5 WEEK VACATION. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS NOT FIXING A SMALL CUT IN THE FLOOR I HAD REQUESTED THAT WAS IN THE WOOD BEFORE PUTTING DOWN THE STAIN AND POLY.

ANDRAS WAS CLEAN, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND HAS A STRONG SENSE OF INTEGRITY FOR HIS WORK. THE FLOORS ARE BREATH-TAKING. BECAUSE I WAS MOVING INTO THE HOUSE AFTER HE FINISHED THE FLOORS, HE SAID NOT TO PANIC IF THE WORKERS SCUFFED THE FLOORS BECAUSE HE WOULD GLADLY COME BACK TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE GLADLY REFERRED OTHERS TO HIM.
