 + -1 moreThe process began with a phone call to Mr. Flowers. He thoroughly explained the process, costs, and interactions with the approving regulating agency. From that point forward, the process unfolded as he described and he maintained schedule and costs as proposed. He was very thorough in every aspect. His on-site visit was thorough and he was knowledgeable and efficient in the use of his equipment.
Description of Work: Designed a county health department-accepted septic system in extremely difficult soil conditions. He explained all costs before we started and the process that we would be going through. He also explained how his submission to the approving regulating agency occurred and the subsequent regulating agency approval process and timetable. Mr. Flowers was prompt and arrived when he said he would. He was thorough and very professional. He finished his work within his proposed schedule. He allowed me to participate so that I would understand the process. The design was accepted without question.
