Arrived late. Carpet treatment left reside on floor; no cleanup. Carpet stayed wet overnight and a day.

Arrive on time and did job professionally. No problems.

They were very courteous and professional, and did a very good job.

They did a very good job. I got him through Angie's List. There was no additional charge. It took them a week and a half to clean the rug, which was fine. There were no unexpected issues. It was excellent.

The 2 man crew arrived early but called first. Went to work right away, moved unit to vacuum under the seats and vacuumed the seats then cleaned all the seats. One spot that was between seats and was pointed out to me. All in all the process took about and hour. I was happy and satisfied with the results. In the past I had cleaned the unit myself but this was much easier and better.

They phoned to offer to come early, which worked out very well with my schedule. They were courteous and thorough.

Two people only here for 1 hour approximately. Found dirt and fuzz in several places, especially along edges of the carpet after they left. Seemed like they did not take enough time to do a really good job.

Previously, ACT cleaned my carpets and did a fantastic job. This time, however I was not as happy with the service . The men who came to do the cleaning, obviously only were allowed 2 hrs to do the whole job. It seemed the 2 hours to do the job included driving time to the next job. So they seemed rushed. Then they said they needed to charge me for moving furniture. The furniture in question was a lightweight rocker and ottoman! When I questioned that, they didn't charge me, though. They were also out of the protectors to put under the legs of the other furniture. The end result is that the carpet is clean, but a disappointing day.

Everything worked out okay except they didn't get the stains out of some of the carpets. They did an excellent job. In the hallway and in the small room, they did not get the stains out. We couldn't tell that after they left but I'm not going to call them back. I think their price was exceptionally high. They were here 45 minutes and they charged me $149. That's $200 an hour. Regarding responsiveness, they did a good job with that. They came out when they said they would. They were here when they said they would be and I had no problems with that at all. They were right on time. The quality of their work was not as good as I have fully expected; the other parts were.

Pro: The company replied quickly after I left a message on their phone to schedule a carpet clean appointment. And they arrived on time at the scheduled time, even much early. The people on site are friendly, polite, professional, and trustable. Con: They warned me beforehand that some stains may not go off easily. I agreed. I did not complain these stains here. After they finished their job, in some places close to the base of the wall, there are some debris lines and dirt lines that you can spot. The debris and dirt can be picked up by hands. My wife used a clean towel try to re-clean the stairs, and the towel became very dirty. Suggestions: They did what they can do. I am not familiar with the carpet industry, but think that, if we or they vacuum the carpet first, then use their "Advanced Technology" to wash the carpet; it may become much better. And for some heavily traffic areas, such as stairs, may deserve extra attention.

I moved all the furniture out of the rooms and they came and said they cleaned them. They are now more dirty than when they started. I even found a piece of animal feces and I don't have any animals. They bragged about how good they were telling us they would be able to remove stains but they did not.

That service did not turned out good at all. I thought I put in my new location when I did the search for carpet cleaning since I just moved to this area. Their website said they even covered my area. When it was time to schedule the appointment, the woman called me to tell me that they would add a $20 travel charge since it was so far away. I did agree to that, since she asked. When the guy got out here I feel like he did not do a very good thorough job. He went over the carpets quickly. Their website also said they would do light furniture moving and he did not touch a single thing. I moved all the heavy items for him already, but something like the toddler plastic bed he did even touch it at all. There was an awkward shaped item that I was trying to get out the door, he was able to help me with that, but he kept saying that he shouldn’t be doing this. He was punctual and the whole company was polite, but I do think that they should have stood by their advertising.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs. They completed all of the work we had wanted. It was afine experience.

He arrived when he said he would and cleaned the carpets in a timely manner. He did not waste any time making small talk and was in and out in about an hour. Good work.

.Anthony was very professional and arrived on time. Worked on extra bad stains and cleaned entire two floors which included living room, dining room, den, stairs and 5 bedrooms quickly and efficiently. Carpet is very light colored and not new but after work was done they look good. Did take some time to dry- usually 3 hours but took all day. This was also the first extremely high humidity day with morning of heavy fog so I suspect this was part of the reason it took so long to dry. Good job, professionally done. Thank you

I purchased a coupon on AL for this company. It took several calls to get a response, no one would return my calls. The man doing the work was spraying water everywhere. Then after a mix up with my credit card, it took several calls to get it corrected.

The technician was wonderful, courteous and very professional. It was very clear when he began that he knew exactly what he was doing and went about the work with precision. He was thorough but efficient in the way he used his time. I can't say enough good things about the great job he did and how wonderful the carpet looked when he left. We paid extra for scotch guard because we wanted the great job to last.

Everything turned out well. The cleaners were very thorough and attentive, and they did a good job of getting tough spots out of the carpet.

Amazing results. Very old carpet which perhaps had never previously been cleaned was restored to a bright and beautiful color. I am very pleased and will definitely call again when needed.

Never heard from them after making the purchase.

Prompt, professional, courteous service man. Thorough cleaning job. The only slight problem was that it took a while to dry. Otherwise, I was happy with the cleaning and will use them again.

After I placed the order for the Big Deal no one from the Advanced Carpet Technologies contacted me. I send them two messages ...no response. I then contacted Angie's List and told them I had not heard from the carpet cleaning folks. You followed up and the carpet folks called me and we set up and appointment for their service. When the man first came in and advised us that no furniture will be moved he commented: "What do you expect for $79 ... have two people come and move and replace your furniture AND clean the carpet?!" My wife and I are in our early seventies and are not really up to moving couches and chairs!! We had to move all the furniture back to it's original place. All in all an overall "D" rating is very generous.

They did not perform any work. They never called me to set up the appointment.

I called this company on Wednesday, April 30th to see if we could get an appointment to have one room and a set of steps cleaned. The lady who answered the phone gave me two times to choose from. Since the house is currently vacant, I needed to check to see if someone could be there at either of the times she offered. I called this company back within 5 minutes of the original call and no one answered. I left a message stating which appointment we were able to take along with the address of the property. I hadn't heard back, so I called back 3 hours after that. Again, no one answered. I also called again the next morning to see if they were coming out to perform the service and again had to leave a message. I called both numbers listed for this company. They did not show and I have still not received a return call.
