Hi. Mr. [removed member name]. Sorry that we had a misunderstanding, When I came to your house and looked at your job. I informed you that a deposit was needed to secure a date. you seamed a little uneasy about the deposit, and you were not sure how to handle the deposit. I did tell you that you could wait until Monday to contact your Insurance agent. It was your decision to go a head with the securing the date. on my way home I put the check in my account, so by the time you called the next day and told me not to deposit the check, it was too late, And you never did supply me with the insurance agents name or phone number. when I went to my account to do some banking I noticed there was a big difference in my balance. That is when I saw where your check had been returned. You never told me that you put a stop payment on the check. and you never called me again. so when I called you and informed you that I had been charged a 15.00 fee for your returned check, You told me that you would reimburse the fee, You never did take care of that. I never called again because I figured that you found another contractor to do the job. Thank You. Dan
