Description of Work: Tim Frank performed a general inspection on my leach field. The team is great and answered all my questions. Even on the phone the team was able to answer questions I had on a water logged field. They did not try to sell me anything and gave me tips and future options on keeping the system running well.

Description of Work: Had bad leak in septic system...thinking the worst of course. Called Tim Frank to schedule service. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Not knowing much about septic systems, they could have taken me to the cleaners on this one. However, they were very honest and it turned out to simply be a clogged line which they took care of immediately. Would certainly recommend them and use them again myself.

Tim Frank Septic worked with me on where I wanted the new system to be installed and on the special features that would be necessary to make this happen (e.g. Additional tank, lift station/ pump, additional feet of trench, etc.), installed the new tanks and leech field in a timely manner and on schedule, left the trees I asked to be left in place and did some additional excavation that I requested once the equipment was on site.
Description of Work: Installed new septic tank system and leech field.

 + -1 moreTHEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY TO OUR CALL, AND FIT US INTO THEIR SCHEDULE RIGHT AWAY. THEY QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND GAVE US A GREAT REFERRAL FOR A PLUMBER TO FIX IT. WE HAVE ALSO USED THEM IN THE PAST, AND WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM AGAIN.

 + -1 moreBOTH THE PERSON I SPOKE TO ON THE PHONE AND THE TECHNICIAN WHO DID THE JOB WERE COURTEOUS AND HELPFUL. THEY GOT ME SCHEDULED THE SAME DAY AS I CALLED AND ARRIVED PROMPTLY.
Description of Work: HAD A SMALL BACKUP INTO THE HOUSE FROM THE DRAINAGE LINE INTO OUR SEPTIC TANK. CALLED AND ENDED UP BEING ABLE TO GET SERVICE THE SAME AFTERNOON. THE PERSON ON THE PHONE ASKED ALL THE RIGHT QUESTIONS BEFORE TELLING ME THAT YES I NEEDED TO HAVE SOMEONE COME OUT TO PUMP THE TANK. THEIR SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED PROMPTLY, AND GOT TO WORK. HE HAD TO BREAK UP SOME TREE ROOTS IN OUR TANK AND PUMPED IT OUT AND GOT IT RUNNING CORRECTLY IN A SHORT TIME.
