the service technician explained everything he did and was going to do. Showed pictures of the vent and before and after pictures. Your dryer vent is not included, but I paid anyway and was so glad I did. The dryer vent was the worst and could have caused a fire, under the right circumstances. If you are buying a used home or have lived in yours for several years, you owe it to your health to get All of your vents cleaned by this very professional company. The literally cleaned each vent outlet in the ceiling and made them look new. I had been prepared to spend the $10.00 to $25.00 to replace each one. He even took the incoming vent off the wall, cleaned it and replaced it. Great job.
