Description of Work: Shawn repaired damaged pipes and installed convenient new water shut off in the basement under our main bathroom. He rebuilt the walls and installed new acrylic tub surround, shower and tub unit. He replaced all the molding around the window and enclosed in new acrylic. It is beautiful!

Description of Work: Shawn and Rocco were very good guys to work and deal with on a daily basis. Shawn the owner, was upfront, honest and always met and understood our needs when it came to remodeling our bathroom. He gave us the freedom to pick all of our options and did not "push" certain products or names for us to use or install. He went with all of our decisions without any complaints. Our only complaints were with the tile company, when it came time for their delivery to come in, they said they "forgot to order" which delayed our remodel a couple weeks. They are on Sperry Rd, in westlake. A little dust was are only other complaint. I went over all the work when they were done and nit-picked a few little things which he fixed immediately. So, if you want to get a small job done, or a big one for that matter, please call these guys, they are good people and truly deserve the business. Hopefully they can get an opening for you.

+ -1 moreI spent about $4000 on the job. I had an old garage which had to be completely replaced. I didn?t want to spend the money on that. He basically redid the whole roof and fixed everything. I liked everything about him. He did a great job. He was punctual and finished the job in the number of days stated. He stuck to the estimate and was very nice. He was able to work with me to figure something out that would work. I will use this company again in the future.

+ -1 moreShawn had said he would be able to get out to the house in the next day or so. He took all the information and particulars and said he would call before going out to the house. He did just that, installed the bars and the job was done! No muss no fuss! The work looked good, sturdy and cleaned up afterward. It was nice to work with someone who was diligent, personable and did what he said he would do without headache or drama.
Description of Work: I called to get 4 grab bars installed for a client who was living in her own home. I talked to Shawn directly and felt comfortable with his pricing and availability.

+ -1 moreShawn came out within 1 day of my call, estimated the job, and e-mailed me an estimate the next day. He said that it would take about 1/2 a day and that he would order the lumber and be back in about 2 weeks. He came back in 2 weeks with the posts, already stained and ready to put up. He and his partner, Mike, were prompt and professional. They both worked without breaks, although my wife made them take some water, and completed the job in about 4 hours. When I came home that evening, the posts were up, the roof was correct and it looked like new...better than new actually. Shawn called about a week later to come by and make sure everything was right. He touched up some work (which I did not even notice) and did not charge us until everything was as we wanted. Great job! I will use them again for more work in the future.
Description of Work: We had an unusal job. There were two 16 ft tall 6x6 post supporting an awning on our back porch. Carpenter ants had a nice meal with the bottom 4 inches of the posts and caused our awning to droop. We needed both posts replaced, stained and molding placed at the bottom with calking to seal it from water to prevent this same thing happening again.

+ 0 moreExcellently - the house is a 1 floor Ranch and I was a bit worried about the wiring. The old hood was longer than the new one and the electrical connection is on the right side of the new one. The old one had the connection on the left side. Shawn removed the 1950 hood, installed the new hood, made sure that it worked correctly and cleaned up the plaster & old dust that had come down with the removal. He even put the old one at the curb for our garbage collection for me. I know that they are in the list as Remodeling, but he's a GREAT handyman. He even got along with my pudgey Beagle mix.
Description of Work: I needed a stove hood replaced - removed the old one and installed the new one that I had purchased

Description of Work: We had some wind damage for the weather vane that stood on a cupola on the roof. That had blown down and we had used Case Handyman & Remodeling to put it back up. There was also some roof damage and they had replaced the shingles and put the cupola up.

+ -1 moreBoth the cedar framing and the brick molding look very good. They did a quality job in a timely manner. Care was taken to ensure that the work area was clean afterwords. I was contacted after the fact to determine if I was satisified. When I mentioned one minor item it was promptly taken care of. I am already considering them for additional work.
Description of Work: Several boards of the cedar framing on the fron of our house (Tudor style) were damaged by woodpeckers. Case replaced the two boards and stained all cedar framing on the front of the house. Additionally, the brick molding around the garage door had rotted and was replaced and painted.

Clean and no big surprises. I now make a "To do" list just for them. I tell all my friend about them and brag about the work they do.
