basement waterproofing
 + -1 moreExcellent. One man arrived in the morning of the day scheduled to spray the waterproof coating on the walls. He worked non-stop from start to finish. The work was part of the foundation inspection and was approved with no questions.
Description of Work: Waterproof coating applied to outside walls of newly poured concrete house foundation, approximately 2800 Square Feet x 8' high.

concrete repair
 + -1 moreThe lead man overseeing the footer forms & pouring plotted out their placement beautifully. He had faulty plans to work with, yet the end result was perfect - the inspection passed immediately. The gentleman and his team from FP who later formed & poured the basement walls also had perfection in mind. The resulting walls, with brick texture, look beautiful and are constructed to within no more than a third of an inch difference in height between any two walls! Both these teams from FP were a pleasure to consult with. And neither team wasted any time in completing their work. Every man of either team was kind and a pleasure to have working on our house foundation.
Description of Work: Foundations Plus (FP) (Duane Eash & his crew) formed & poured the concrete footers for our basement; called for an inspection; at a later time ("John" & crew) formed & poured the 9' concrete walls of our foundation. They added extra rebar for added reinforcement to the 9' walls. They also added rebar to the back porch knee wall that could be bent 90 to add strength to the concrete floor to be poured at a later date. And, they had gravel trucked in to cover the basement floor area.
