Flawless and timely highly recommended

Very well. Workers were prompt and efficient. They removed two squares of concrete driveway, dug down to terra cotta sewer line, replaced damaged area with modern pipe, installed backflow protector, backfilled, and installed new concrete.

They came quickly on a Saturday, showed and explained the problem and fixed it at a reasonable cost. Can’t do better than that.

The girls in the office were very helpful, and efficient they took all the information and scheduled the job when it was convenient for me. The job was complete the day that we were told and we couldn't be happier,

The project overall was a complete disaster, Ken from reliable made several promises which he did not keep. The project was originally scheduled to only take two months to complete it ended up taking almost exactly one year for them to finish. Ken said several crews would be on site to do the work however in most cases it was only one crew of a few men if crews showed up at all. The cement work was absolutely horrible, Adam from reliable would tell me that crews were going to be on site to do the cement work and they would never show up for days at a time. The landscaping was supposed to be returned to the condition it was before the work was started and is still in horrible shape from the destruction they caused. Several of the extensions on the side of the driveways have cement that is multi colored and we were told it would “bleach out” by this summer and if it did not they would replace it, however text messages and phone calls have not been returned by reliable for them to complete that work. Reliable constantly wanted more money yet was not performing any of the work they agreed on to justify paying them more money. One of Reliables employees was making inappropriate comments to a young teenage girl who lived on the street to the point where it had to be addressed by her mother or legal action would be taken. To sum it up, Ken from Reliable makes lots of promises that he cannot keep, this company did subpar work for our association and we would not ever hire them again or recommend them for any large scale project.

Camera check showed roots partially blocking house sewer line. Hydro cleaning removed the roots but revealed a broken crock in the line under the driveway. Will wait until warm weather to repair the line because of concrete work that will be needed. Reliable may be chosen again - they were fine.

Been using Reliable for years. Have never been disappointed. They are a much better choice than the more "well known" national companies.

I was contacted by the company only after my original review was filed with Angie's List. They were very apologetic and promised to send out a supervisor on 7/10/2018. Brian and Ryan were very professional and ran a TV camera down the sewer lateral and found that the roots had been cleaned out the whole length, however, they found that a partial clay tile collapse at the far end where the lateral taps into the street storm sewer main. (This is probably what caused the original root cutter to break). The original serviceman claims he ran a TV camera down the lateral after he used the cutter and never mentioned the clay tile collapse. He left me with the impression that the roots had only been partially cleared and recommended that he send out another crew to power jet the remaining roots for an additional $450, which I refused. This individual needs further training in my opinion. The sewer lateral is now draining properly but the partial collapse is a potential future problem which Brian says should be the responsibility of the County Engineer to repair. Brian and Ryan took a TV picture of the collapsed tile and said he would have a copy emailed to me to share with the County Engineer, however, I have not received it as of this writing on 7/19/2018. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the companies correction of my concerns.

Arrived on time. Did thorough investigation. Job completed in a professional manner.

Better than I anticipated. Thought I was going to have to dig up concrete to put in new pipes.

The Reliable tech was on time and was very polite. He assessed the situation, and got right to work. He answered all our questions, and is very knowledgeable. Put a tarp down to keep the floor clean, and cleaned up afterwards. Now we have a beautiful, shiny, clean new sink area. :)

They are very dedicated and won't stop until they are done, plus their work is remarkable. They are generally out within 2 hours, and whenever I have had an issue they come out right away and just won't give up until things are done right. They are very honest, I trust them explicitly, and very personable as well. They have really gone above and beyond to help save me money as well.

Tom from reliable was great to work with! He was polite, professional, and completed the job on time. He installed a gas line for our basement fireplace insert. We could not have asked for better service, and the price was more than fair. We will certainly use them again for future plumbing needs.

Reliable was scheduled to be at my house at 8 a.m. At 8:30 a.m. I called them asking on an ETA - they advised that the boss had called a last minute meeting and everyone was running late. Technician arrived at 9:10 am. He was very friendly and professional. Had the job done in 20 minutes. I will call them again if needed.

Reliable came on time and did exactly what they said they would. I had a handyman clean the drain, but it backed up again. I called Reliable and they were there the next day and made sure the drain was cleaned out. It has been a year and I have not had an issue since.

Showed up on time, (within 1 hour window I was given when I made appointment). Looked job over to see what equipment and parts he would be needing, then went right to work. After finishing, he cleaned up the work area. I would definitely would use them for any of my plumbing needs.

They arrived on time and were neat. They dug the entire basement wall down to the footer and cleaned the wall before they repaired the crack. They were neat and clean during the whole process making sure to protect the lawn from damage.

After completing the clearing of the line, they proceeded to jetting a second line on the other side of our condominium complex because the job was billed by the hour and there was time to do this at no additional cost. During the second jetting their equipment blew a high pressure hose. They left to have the hose repaired then returned to complete the job. I was pleasently surprised to have the extra line cleaned. Our previous plumber was always prompt and did a good job but would have charged for the second line. Workmen were courteous throughout my interaction with them. We informed Ken that the house had previously been waterproofed. He quoted $2350 for a spot repair or $5630 for the full wall, both requiring a 30and quot; wide strip of driveway to be torn out and replaced. Two subsequent contractors recommended using an elastomeric caulk along the expansion strip between house and driveway as a first step, as the organic matter there has obviously broken down, allowing water to enter the basement. This cost-saving measure was much appreciated and hopefully will do the trick. Reliable's computers were down at the time, but he promised a written quote by 10/21 which we never received.
