+ -1 moreLondon construction was an excellent contractor to work with. They did this job in less time than was expected and the quality of their work was excellent and timely - they finished this job in less than 2 months - start to finish. They kept us informed of their schedule, what decisions they needed from us and made good recommendations as the work progressed. They did the job within the budget estimate they provided. The subcontractors they used for electrical, concrete block, roofing, stucco, insulation and wall board were very professional and did quality and timely work. They were recommended to us by friends who also had a room addition and we will recommend them to others interested in having work done on their home. Their pricing was favorable compared to others we received and we felt the quality they provided made this a good value. Mike Blake and his crew were hard working and very concerned about minimizing the inconvenience of the construction to us by using plastic sheeting to keep dust out of the main dwelling and cleaning up daily. They were very pleasant to work with and very trust worthy.
Description of Work: Expanded all-season room at rear of house that included crawl space, vaulted ceiling, fireplace and hard wood floors. Addition was about 300 sq ft. Outside required stucco and trim and shingles that had to match the existing exterior.
