The service was reasonable in terms of monitoring alarm and responsiveness to our calls. I would beware of contract policy that automatically renews on a two year term if notification is not given within a certain time period. No renewal letter or notification that original contract was set to expire and renew was sent.

HIS PRICING WAS BEST, AND WE CAN ADD ON WHEN WE NEED TO, WE DIDN'T HAVE TO DO THE WORK ALL AT ONCE. HE HAS A CONTRACT WITH THE GRANDVIEW SCHOOLS WHICH MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE. WE HAVE BEEN REALLY HAPPY. HE CAME WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND HAD THE WORK DONE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD

THE INSTALLATION REQUIRED ONE WIRE TO BE RUN IN A LOW CRAWL SPACE. THE TECHNICIAN WORKED STEADILY AND DILIGENTLY FOR 5 HOURS UNTIL THE SYSTEM WAS COMPLETED (HE TOOK NO BREAKS!!). HE DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. THOUGH NO DISCOUNTS WERE GIVEN FOR ANGIE'S LIST MEMBERS OR SENIORS, CARL WAS WILLING TO LOWER THE MONTHLY MONITORING RATE SINCE WE WERE WILLING TO PAY ANNUALLY VERSUS MONTHLY.
