Rapid response, fair pricing, knowledgeable technician. Deducted 1/2 point because I ordered a 3 1/2 ft connector cord that I never heard back about. If it was unavailable I would have appreciated a call back or email. Perhaps merely an oversight. I would still use and recommend this company to all my friends and family.
