I've had a hard time finding a central vac repair service that actually come to the home! I called on a Thursday, they came the next day. They had to take the canister in to the repair shop to replace both motors. Had it back early the following week. Turned it on, I ran the sweeper to see how it worked, he noticed the sweeper head had problems, took it out to his truck and fixed it free of charge.
