Response to my inquiry was very prompt, understandable and to the point. Zach showed up as scheduled, did his installations of the termite killing devices and I'm watching to see the results.

Zach was available the day I submitted my inquiry. He confirmed the swarming of termites at an upstairs bedroom window. He inspected the rest of the house and luckily did not find any damage. He installed in ground traps to destroy any colonies
